* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there is usually free space on the street near the apartment.

The condo is in a gated community on Bavaro beach in Los Corales walking distance to any of the restaurants in that area. Ana was a very good host and gave us many helpful recommendations. The place was clean and the value seemed reasonable. Thanks for hosting us!

This apartment was beautiful! It had lots of charm. It was right on the beach. The apartment is located in a community of other hotels and apartments with shops, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. We really loved the location because we were able to walk to most places we wanted to go to. Hana’s assistant Ana was also extremely helpful! She responded quickly anytime I️ had a question, met us at the apartment to give us information, and was very accommodating. The bed was comfy, we had access to an upper balcony, there was a security guard on site at night which made us feel very safe, and felt the pictures represented the apartment very well. We loved this apartment! The only suggestion would be to maybe have some candles or air freshener in the apartment. There was a strong odor coming from the bathroom. We think maybe the pipes are rusty and are giving that unpleasant scent. Other than that this was a great choice and would stay here again!

Dieses war nur bereits mein 3. Aufenthalt im Appartement von Hana. Ihre Mitarbeiterin Ana hatte von Flughafentransfer bis hin zu unserer Abreise (Kauf der Tickets für den Bavaro Express und Organisation des Transfers zur Busstation) aller perfekt und pünktlich organisiert. Der Service ist freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Ich glaube es spricht für das Objekt und das ganze Team, daß wir nur bereits das 3. mal Gast bei Hana und Ana sein konnten und wir sind sicher, daß es nicht das letzte mal gewesen ist. Neben dem Service spricht die optimale Lage zum Strand und zu sehr guten Restaurants. Florisel ist empfehlenswert!

Ficamos 10 dias hospedados com a Hana e a Ana e foi desde o início muito bom. Chegamos no aeroporto e nosso transporte estava nos esperando como combinado, no apto Hana nos esperava com as chaves e nos mostrou tudo. A praia fica no quintal do apto e é maravilhosa. O apto é muito bom, bem decorado, ar condicionado nos cômodos e equipado com tudo que precisamos em um apartamento de praia. Existem ótimos restaurantes próximos e a Hana e a Ana estavam sempre dispostas a nos ajudar em tudo. Agradecemos muito e foi tudo ótimo.

We had a really nice stay there ! Its a nice and clean apartment directly on a amazig beach ! You dont have to pay extra for deckchairs on the beach. It is save and quiet ( we where there at the low seasion) Be aware, if you wanna do your own food you need all those little supplies like salt, peper oil, vinegar or sugar....but you get enough drink water of free. The air conditioner in the livingroom and kitchen was not cooling down enoughbut Hanna was really friendly and helpful. To some up we enjoyed it a lot even we had to leave earlier because of the hurrican Maria.

Communication with Hana and Ana was throughout super fast and friendly. The flat is literally right on the beach. It's a perfect swimming and relaxing spot. The beach as well as the flat are in a perfect calm spot to unwind. One thing to keep in mind: No ATMs close by. In total we were very happy.

Das Apartment war sauber und wie auf den Fotos. Der Strand ist wunderschön und das Meer angenehm erfrischend. Ana leistete einen super Service und konnte uns überall helfen! Für die Sicherheit in der Umgebung wird durchgehend gesorgt. Für unsere nächste Reise in die dominikanische Republik werden wir definitiv ein bisschen Spanisch lernen, um besser mit den Einheimischen kommunizieren zu können. Alles in allem war es für uns ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Me and my wife travel to Bavaro Punta Cana to celebrate her birthday. We were looking for an apartment close to beaches and nearby reastaurants and bars. All inclusive Hotels are not our thing. Hana's places at los Corales villa, had what we were looking for. After reading all the worderful reviews about how clean, how accurate the picture are and how centrical the apartment is, we said this is the place to be. The night we arrived, Ana (the host) was waiting for us at the apt. She showed us the apartment along with every detail related to our stay. In addition, she gave us a lot of great tips about the good places to eat, drink and places to visit in the area. She was one phone call or text away from us everytime we need her. Ana is an amazing host and human being and went above and beyond making our experince unforgivable!!
