A1 Florisel – Right on the Beach!

El lugar es el mejor!! Pasamos un momento muy agradable, Anna y todo el personal pendientes y siempre atentos a ayudar, el lugar es precioso, la habitación muy linda y con balcón con vista al jardín, sus playas las mejores, pero siempre mejor la amabilidad, la atención y ayuda en todo momento. Recomendamos este hermoso lugar, hicimos lindos amigos y nos vamos muy felices de haber estado en este lugar, si volvemos por acá estaremos :)

Excellent location, beautiful beach, amazing restaurants, perfect apartment! Apartment was clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. It is located away from the resorts and has its own private beach. The garden in the apartments is well maintained and beautiful. Here are some tips about restaurants/beaches/shopping close to the apartment. My husband has put this together for anybody going there with no research. It's got a lot of good tips - We landed at noon and rented a car via National (through chase sapphire card) and while we did our research on declining CDW the guy at the counter told us that it's a national rule in DR that if we decline their CDW we will have no option but to get their TPL ( third party liability) TIP #1 Be prepared to add TPL which is about $10 additional/day OR call your car rental company while in US and confirm about this charge. The guy at national was nice and we asked him for local lunch place and suggested la casita ye ye in downtown Punta Cana ( we didn't find this place that day but found it later on) TIP #2 as you enter Punta Cana city limits you will see a circular dome, Coco Bongo show. Right around this place, la casita ye ye is located along with some other restaurants (food court style) TIP #3 this is also where the San Juan shopping mall is located. Nothing special but if you have time there are a couple of gifts stores with decent prices. We were hungry and my wife had some research done already so on our way to the Los Corales we stopped at Capitan cook restaurant. Restaurant Review #1 Captain Cook 3.5/5 Loved our server Omega. I don't like seafood but my wife loves it. She ordered shrimp with creole sauce which was ok and in retrospect should have ordered grilled shrimp. Non seafood peeps not much option Chicken dish was dry and bland. Restaurant Review #2 Citrus 5/5 This is right in the middle of all the action for folks living in the los corales area. It's in a small strip mall kind of area which has 4 or 5 restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy and a gift store. Loved the food, live jazz music. The risotto was banging. Had an eggplant appetizer which was good as well. Got a bottle of Chilean blended wine which was great. Not expensive and totally worth it. Probably the only place we thought of going the second time. TIP #4 Supermarket - BAM market Same shopping complex as citrus. Explore the los corales area the first day before buying anything. The area is safe, you see a lot cars and people but we were a little hesitant day 1 so ended up going to the first market we saw. This apartment is so close to a very beautiful beach, as well as shops and restaurants. The location was ideal for our trip. The staff is very helpful as well. We liked having an apartment instead of a hotel. its definitely a home away from home!

Es war nun schon mein 2. Aufenthalt in dieser sehr schönen Wohnanlage. Der Kundendienst ist hervorragend und Kundenorientiert. Pünktlich wurde von Hana das Taxi organisiert, welches uns vom Airport abholte und zum Appartement brachte. Dort wurden wir von Ana überaus freundlich empfangen. Die Anlage in der das Appartement liegt ist in einer sehr gepflegten und geschützten Gartenanlage ohne die üblichen Gitter an den Fenstern (welches leider in der Dominikanischen Republik an vielen anderen Plätzen erforderlich ist). Über einen kurzen Weg durch den gepflegten Garten gelangt man zum Privatstrand. Das Appartement selber ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hält alles bereit was für den Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft in kurzer Entfernung einschließlich eines Lieferservice ist vorhanden. Weiterhin gibt es in direkter Umgebung einige gute Restaurants, die den Aufenthalt positiv abrunden. Das Appartement entspricht exakt den veröffentlichten Bildern. Hier wurde eine sehr realistische Abbildung (ohne Photoshop und sonstigen Effekten) geliefert, welche die Realität wiedergeben! Kompliment!!!! Am Strand werden von Bernado (Servicemitarbeiter) einem die Standliegen an einen schattigen Platz gebracht. Auch hier ein sehr freundlicher Service. Alles in allem, eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit einem freundlichen und perfekten Service. Wir kommen definitiv wieder zurück!

We had a wonderful stay at Hana's place. It was just steps away from what we thing was the best section of beach in Punta Cana. There is a lot of great restaurants that you can walk to, a market close and a fruit stand selling fresh coconuts for just $1! As for the place itself, it was clean and simple but had everything that we needed.

This condo is a good place to stay for many reason as the location, the interior design, the proximity to the beach and the Bavaro center. Nuria was accurate and clear, really good communication and helpful . The apartment anyway has some little details that could be arranged to become perfect. First of all the water, is not clean and when you have a shower or brash your teeth for the first minute, the sensation is of a really contaminated water. Nuria explain me that they are trying to solve that with filters but I think could be improved, I'm sure she will do it quickly. Another thing is the humidity inside the apartment that require the use of air conditioned to remove the smell of closed and unused apartment. The last thing is the noise being the bedroom window just next to the parking (only 3 parking place for all the condo) and the front gate, noisy as well, and this is a bit disappointed if your trying to rest a while. Those are the little things that solved could transform this condo in a perfect place for a relaxing and unforgettable stay. I will surely come back , hoping that those could be considered by the gentle Hana and Nuria as suggestions and not as criticism. Thanks again.

This was a great place! The nice apartments are in a gated community and next to some resorts. The beautiful beach is literally steps away, complete with lounge chairs and parasols for shade. The place has a nice, artsy touch and is very clean. There are a handful of good restaurants, cafe's, and markets all within walking distance. Balicana (Asian, Thai) and Wacamole (Mexican, Caribbean) were some of my faves. There's also a scooter/car rental place within walking distance as well. A plaza (Plaza El Dorado), with a currency exchange is a close 8 minute walk. It was a nice escape away from the winter cold. Nuria answered all of my questions promptly and airport taxi service ($35 each way) was on time, which she arranges. Wi-fi in the unit was great. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back!

Hana's place was as good as advertised. I enjoyed every second of my stay there. The apartment is seconds from the beach and minutes away from bars, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store. During my stay Hana was always responsive to inquiry I had no matter the time. Thank you so much for your hospitality Hana. I will be back.

Très jolie appartement cosy , bien équipé , propre et très agréable. Situé dans une jolie résidence privée avec un accès direct à la plage , un must !! Notre Hote Hanna à été très réactive à chacune de nos questions, et à même organisé notre transfert de l’aéroport . Je recommande vivement !!

Great stay! Excellent location, just by the beautiful beach, close to restaurants. I's a résicence, therefore safe and private area, you'll have your own beach strip with lounge chairs and towels. One of the best accommodation in our Caribbean trip.
