* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there is usually free space on the street near the apartment.

This apartment was the perfect fit for my fiancée and me to have a private, romantic getaway! We loved everything about it, especially the location! I rented a nice scooter about 2 blocks away for transportation ($25/day) but we barely even used it. Everything you need is within walking distance; little minimart, great restaurants. Our favorite restaurants were Balicana (Awesome Asian/Thai), Trunko Beach (Awesome Italian), Pranama (Awesome Indian), and Kat's Place for breakfast (Ah Ok, Maybe Just One). I'd also suggest calling Gilbert at + (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and get yourself the VIP Tickets to Coco Bongo's (you won't regret this experience) he can also arrange pickup and drop-off. You can tell him Bradley from LeBron's Hometown told you to call and if he forgets who I am just tell him you're staying at Florisel Apartments... at the same apartment that he had a Corona at (that should jog his memory). I mean really, this was my first experience with AirBnB and it really couldn't have gone any better. Nuria, who handles the apartment for Hana, lives on the property and was very helpful! Bernardo that attends to the beach was also awesome and arranged for us to get ice on the beach! The apartment has two a/c units, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. We were fairly conservative with their use but were charged $20 at the end of our 4 night stay for extra electricity usage. We kept ourselves comfortable, so for a measly extra $5 a day, that was more than reasonable. We were told that the beach was a one minute walk from the apartment. If it takes you one minute to walk less than 100 feet (30 meters), then something is wrong with you. This property is on the beach. Thanks Hana & Nuria!! The place was exactly as advertised and in great conditions. The beach it's just a couple of minutes away from the apartment. Hana and Nuria were great hosts and were always on time and diligent, I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay with Hana and Nuria was incredible, all of the staff was so friendly and made our Christmas vacation absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend getting the taxi service they offer, our driver was waiting for us at the airport and made everything infinitely easier with all the hustle and bustle at the airport. The apartment was amazing, literal steps from the beach, and in a nice secure gated community. There are plenty of restaurants walking distance from the apartment (we especially loved Wacamole & Nam Nam), and the beach is absolutely gorgeous. The value of this apartment is phenomenal and I would definitely recommend it anyone looking for a great stay in the DR.

Overall a very clean airbnb next to Los Corales Beach. Nuria was very attentive and sweet to my needs. The maids were very nice as well, supplied me with clean towels every day or whenever asked. Only downside here would be the TV signal is non-existent and the wifi was working 50% of the time. I recommend renting a car also as the transportation around Punta Canta is extremely expensive. Fortunately the parking is pretty reasonable outside the complex. Also noted is that they were tearing down marketplace and local restaurant next to the apartments which I found unusual. I hope that they replace it with a better market as this would really bring up the confidence factor and value to the place. Market place is about 10 minute walk. I liked being able to eat from a handful of restaurants, buy groceries or liquor, and go to the pharmacy if needed.

This location is absolutely perfect. We were so happy to be on the beach and so close to markets and restaurants. It was a nice stay for our few days in Bavaro.

First I would like to thank Hana, Nuria and staff for being so friendly and attentive during our stay at the apartment. Our time at the apartment was truly a wonderful experience. The apartment was super cozy and it felt like home. The Location was awesome. Super close to whatever you needed( grocery store, restaurants, bars and small souvenir shops) Best part about it. The beach was only a few steps away. Definitely will be coming back but this time for a longer stay.

Location was great, in front of the beach, near lots of chiringuitos. Supetmarkets and a couple of very nice restaurants are just behind the apartment. It is the right place to stay in Bávaro if you want to avoid the crowed all inclusive resorts. The apartment was clean and Juanita was very helpful and gave us great tips. We booked pick up from the airport, everything went smooth. We would book Hana's place again! Thank you!
