* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there is usually free space on the street near the apartment.

The place is as I would describe: a hidden gem. It is close to major shops, restaurants and night life. The beach is very private and there are a lot of activities going on. The apt is top notch with what you would expect according to the photos and the attention to detail from Hana was outstanding. I will definitely stay there again.

The entire experience was wonderful. Juanita was there when we arrived and made sure we were taken care of. I liked the fact that she gave us a tour and places to eat so that we could know our way around. The place was clean, cozy and safe.

The listing is as accurate in person as it is in the description. It is a very comfortable space for a couple. We were received by Juanita who was very thorough with explaining everything about the place and the area. Just be mindful of the electricity usage and your bill won't be as high as ours. It would be awesome if the listing included an electricity cost with the daily cost. Other than that, I have no negative things to say about the listing. The walk to the beach was one minute away but I do have to say that the beach itself is filled with people constantly stopping us and approaching us about tours and excursions even after kindly refusing their offers. That, however, is the beach itself, not the listing. I would still recommend this place to friends & family.

Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. It has everything you need and more. The best part? Literally right on the beach. I am so happy that I had the opportunity to stay there. This complex and the apartment were the perfect way to be right on a beautiful beach and have security and amenities. Really great value! The staff of the complex was incredibly helpful and accommodating too.

We really enjoyed our time at FLORISEL! It was absolutely perfect. We went to Punta Cana for a wedding, which was at an all-inclusive. We didn't want to be trapped in an all-inclusive for a week, so we found this apartment for half of our trip. It is in a great spot, close to the beach, nice restaurants and plenty to do! Hana and Juanita arranged our cab from the airport, met us at the apartment, showed us around and made us feel at home. Staying in this apartment in Bavaro was the highlight of our trip!

Hana and Juanita were such a pleasure to work with during the booking process and our actual stay. This apartment is located right on the beach and is immaculately maintained by Bernardo. Bernardo even saved us our daily seats under their palm sun shade structures. The team provides great service in booking trips and recommending restaurants. The area is extremely safe and has both a gate for the condos and a gate for the Los Corales neighborhood. We would absolutely stay here again. Recommendations: get the passion fruit mojito at The Bamboo Bar and the Nom Nom sandwich at Nom Nom. Delish!
