* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there is usually free space on the street near the apartment.
* We remind you that you have all the services within a 10 minute walk of the apartment.

We enjoyed our 3 nights at Apartamentos Florisel. The place was EXACTLY as described. We were steps from the beach, which had soft, white sand. The beach had vendors that could be overwhelming, but a simple 'no, thank you' kept them moving. Filtered water in the apartment was a super plus, since our second AirBnB stay in DR didn't offer that. If you conserve electricity, you can keep the electricity bill close to nothing. Be smart. We left the AC on in the room with the door closed and turned the lights off when we were out enjoying the community. Bath essentials included small hotel style shampoo and soap. Beach towels were included and changed out during our stay by Yanely, the housekeeper. Yanely was friendly and helpful. She encouraged me to learn Spanish for our return visit. We would recommend Hanane as a host! Ensure you get detailed directions on how to get to the location from Hanane. My GPS is usually trustworthy, yet we got lost. If your GPS takes you down a dirt road with signs for Jellyfish Restaurant or to the gated community of Villa Bávaro, you are NOT there quite yet. Luckily, Hanane and her husband were so calming and quick to respond with appropriate directions. No one should ask to take your passport to enter the area. If they do, again you are in the wrong area. You do need to pass gate guards when you are close to the apartments, who were welcoming... and not creepy. If you want to save money and be steps from the beach in Bávaro, consider Apartamentos Florisel.

I was in Bavaro for two nights and Hanane's apartment was perfect, it had everything in place, clean, security, wifi, TV. I will make it my away home when I am in Bavaro. I highly recommend it.

Es mi primera vez utilizando Airbnb en Rep. Dom. y fue una experiencia agradable Hanane siempre pendiente de brindarnos todas la informacion que les pediamos. El apto. esta tal como lo describe, bien acogedor, bien limpio, cerca de la playa y de diferentes negocios de comida y diversión. Contar en la playa con sillas de playa y con sombrillas de cana excelente para pasarse el dia relajado tomando sol y bañarse en la playa. Espero repetir la experiencia.

We loved Hanane's place! Very friendly staff and the appartment is well equipped. The place itself is really nice, so close to the beach and the center also has enough to offer (restaurants/shops etc). we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique place in Punta Cana, faraway from the all-inclusive resort vibe :-) special thanks to Bernardo and Yanely

Excellent location, parking was always available. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped and exactly as described. Would highly recommend it! Yanely was great, and Hanane was super attentive to our needs. Thanks so much!!

Our time at Florisel was truely a great experience. We are an airline family, so we were using standby passes to get to Punta Cana. The owners we very understanding to this, and we kept them informed of our progress. We had some difficulty finding the property, but eventually made it. Once there Nini and Her sidekick were great! Apartment was as advertised, and was cozy and clean. The shower wasn't always hot however (hot water came and went) but that was the only minor issue. We had a great time!
