* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there is usually free space on the street near the apartment.

El apartamento es muy agradable y está muy bien ubicado, es un área muy segura y con excelente acceso a la playa, donde además puedes comer y tomar algo en un restaurante que queda justo al lado del hotel, del lado de la playa. La comunicación con Hana fue muy dinámica. Juanita quien nos recibió, nos dio una excelente bienvenida, es una chica muy amable, agradable y atenta. El apartamento es exacto a las fotos. Los productos del kit de baño y toallas son de muy buena calidad. El aire funciona muy bien.

Completely enjoyed my short stay at Hana's place in Bavaro, Punta Cana. The listing is spot on and the unit is exactly as described. The attentiveness and helpfulness of Hana and Juanita was first class. (and I have worked at 4/5 star hotels...) They were stellar in anticipating guest needs and very responsive without being intrusive... a hard balance to strike, but they are masters at it! The beach is steps from the unit and the grounds of the complex are lush and well maintained. It a short walk from the unit to a small market and a little further up the road is a small shopping district that is quite nice. I look forward to another time I can return and I would stay for a longer visit.

Staying over at Hana's place was a great experience! The apartment is exactly the one shown in the pictures, very close to the beach, good restaurants and supermarkets. Hana and her assistance Juanita were very friendly and kind, and also, supportive with anything that we needed even before arriving into her place. As they knew that I was celebrating my birthday, Juanita was very kind to prepare a beautiful gift and surprised me :) Really made my day :)

Our stay at Punta Cana wouldn't have been great if we didn't get the chance to meet with Patricia and Juanita. They were always ready to assist in every possible way. The place is amazing, a complete apartment, with kitchen, living room and bedroom. Everything is easier when you have a place right on the beach, no need to walk great distances. Restaurants on the beach and nearby, also little supermarkets to be able to get groceries. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return one day! :)

It's was an absolute pleasure staying at this apartment. Considering with so many options this was as close to perfect and even a magnificent super host. Everything was exceptionally clean both air conditioning were extremely cold which was very pleasant to sleep. Distance to the beach was 100 meters quite and peaceful very clean. Patricia her assistant made herself available 24 hours I can't even get this type of services at some hotels. Needless to say simply I'll recommend this place to anyone staying in Bavaro and doesn't want to deal with resorts. A gem without issues excellent service definitely returning to the beautiful place

This was the first time using Airbnb and staying at a property. Hanane the owner will answer any questions you have. Taxi pickup was arranged by her and Patricia and Bernardo where great! very welcoming and friendly. Patricia took her time showing me the property and answered my questions. I stayed in A1 on the ground floor which was perfect for me. Private and secure. I was literally steps away from the beach! I loved it and the water felt great! Here you can do what you want. If you want to do activities or just relax it's up to you! The location is perfect, close to restaurants, bars and stores where you can purchase groceries. There's a full kitchen to cook but I didn't really use it. I purchased lunch meat and bread to make sandwiches and snacks and kept my refrigerator stocked with beer. I found a cool sports bar around the corner called Garry's Good time which I went to a few times. Great to watch the games and good food. If you want to venture further like to the mall you can catch a moto taxi for like 100 pesos. I again was very pleased with the apartment and property. It was very clean and charming and if you need anything they are quick to help. You do have to pay for the electricity bill at the end of your stay. But just make sure you turn off the AC and lights when you leave the place during the day. I stayed for 5 days and my bill only came to US $18. I will definitely come to stay here again the next time i'm in Punta Cana.

The apartment was perfect! We celebrated our 15 year wedding anniversary and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. The place was exactly what it said it would be. Patri and staff were also amazing. We will defiantly stay again next time we come!

Place was really great! Right on the beach. Patricia was the one that showed us everything. She was very responsive whenever we needed something. The place was really close to good restaurants and shops.

Hanane's place was great. Dimy and I enjoyed our stay and wish we could've stayed a bit longer to enjoy the private beach and do some more exploring. Everything within the apartment was clean and tidy. Patricia was the one to show us around the property so we were aware of everything. We did have a situation where in the middle of the night someone was banging on our bathroom window which was odd. Also the water on the premises has a smell so washing clothes was difficult. There was fresh drinking water in the apartment which was great. It's a bit of a commute from the airport part of Punta Cana, but definitely a nice place with great staff.
