* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there is usually free space on the street near the apartment.
* We remind you that you have all the services within a 10 minute walk of the apartment.

Hana and Ana, went above and beyond to ensure my first Airbnb experience was a good one. Communicates very well and right away for any questions I might I have had. Took the extra mile and help me celebrate my birthday and provided the BEST POPSICLES in the world. It's a MUST to go try one. (I had eight all different flavors) Pros: Amazing Popsicles, walking distance to a variety of places to eat. Easy to exchange currencies, BAM Market has everything you need if you want to cook. US Dollars are better and appreciated in the area. Excursions are best if you go through ANA. I enjoyed the Zipline, Buggies-ATV and Saona Island is the best places to check-out. The beach is steps away. Cons: The beach had a lot of seaweeds so going out on an excursion to another island will give you a great experience. Side note: make sure you bring sunblock, bug spray because of the misquotes, they are out for blood for sure. When I return I'll try HOYO Azul Island it looks beautiful. Overall good stay.

el apartamento de Hana esta en un lugar privilegiado a pocos metros de la playa de supermercados , restaurantes.Totalmente equipado. también quiero destacar la calides de la gente que trabaja en el lugar .Ana muy atenta y amable como asi también Bernardo siempre dispuesto a ayudar al turista .muchas gracias a todos.

Opholdet har været fint. Vi blev taget imod i lufthavnen hvor vi havde bestilt taxa. Vi fik en kold sodavand og Wifi i taxaen - god service! Vi blev taget godt imod af Ana da vi ankom til lejligheden og hun viste os lidt rundt og forklarede os de ting som vi behøvede :) Vi var meget uheldige at ramme en uge med voldsom regn! Det gjorde at vi oplevede oversvømmelse og strømafbrydelse. Der flød vand ind i lejligheden, men da vi kontaktede rengøringsdamen, kom de hurtigt og gjorde lejligheden ren. Minuserne var at vores altan ikke havde myggenet :( så vi blev stukket af ret mange myg (andre lejligheder havde myggenet) og på grund af den høje luftfugtighed var vores lagner i sengene og håndklæder meget fugtige. Det resulterede i at jeg fik voldsomt udslæt på grund af allergi. Kombinationen af de fugtige lagner og deres vaskemiddel. Ville ønske at de havde mulighed for at tørre tingene i en tørretumbler hvis vejret ikke er godt. Vi lå kun på stranden én dag fordi der var dårligt vejr og så var vi ret generet af sælgerne på stranden. Dette har ikke noget med udlejeren at gøre! Ville ønske at man kunne få lov til at få lidt mere privatliv på stranden. Alt i alt var vi meget tilfredse med opholdet! Vi var bare ret uheldige med vejret :( Ana var en rigtig sød vært og når vi skrev til hende når vi havde nogen spørgsmål eller lignende, så var de enormt hurtige til at skrive tilbage!! Kan klart anbefale stedet til andre! De var meget hjælpsomme, god sikkerhed, søde havefolk :) stedet var rent og fordi vi slukkede lys og aircon når vi ikke var hjemme og kun brugte aircon i en lille mængde, så var der ingen yderligere omkostninger på dette. Tænk over jeres forbrug, da det er dyrt med strøm i Punta cana :) I kan trygt booke dette ophold :) Tak for god service..

Si usted quiere sentirse como en casa es el lugar! cómodo, limpio y tranquilo. Las personas que trabajan aquí son muy amables y atentos. Hana siempre me ha ayudado en todas las preguntas, incluso proporcionado una cuna para mi bebé. Que recibieron nosotros era Anna, un ángel, querida. Sin duda si volvemos a Punta Cana nos quedamos aquí novamente.Tudo era perfecto.

This place was just right for us, quiet and peaceful, the staff is very attentive to any needs or wants. The beach was lovely and it was great having a cabana and chairs, beach towels all provided. We enjoyed the down time from our busy lives.

Everything is as described. Nice apartment with everything you need steps from a beautiful beach. Short walk to restaurants and markets. Host responds almost immediately to all requests- whether you need a taxi or something for your room. Very safe, quiet place for a relaxing stay for a great price. Thank you for a great vacation!

Excelent choice! Next to the beach, in a lovely zone where you eat at wonderful places and buy anything you need. The service is like a hotel (the change towels daily and you have a contact on (Hidden by Airbnb) for questions and to arrange transportation). If you come to Punta Cana and you want to relax this is a perfect choice!
