A1 Florisel – Right on the Beach!

If you are having a hard time finding a place to stay do not look any further. Hana’s place is the perfect location. The photos are accurate, the air conditioning works very well. Many supermarkets and great restaurants in walking distance (Don Pio and Soles recommend). The apartment is very clean, no bugs, and the beds are very comfortable. I am very happy I chose this apartment. I love all inclusive resorts but Hana’s place is now my favorite apartment. The neighborhood is safe and the people are friendly. The beach is a step away from the apartments. Hana and Gricel are quick to respond and are always willing to help you with transportation or any concerns you may have. I had many doubts, but the reviews are true this place is a hidden treasure. And I highly recommend this place to anyone. I had an issue with the security guards and my guest but Hana and Gricel resolved everything and we had no further issues. But the security guards are there for our safety and were only doing there jobs. The showers were nice and warm. The apartment is nice and cozy and it gets cold very quickly so you do not need to run the air conditioning all night. I did not have to pay the electric bill because I did not consume much energy and the ceiling fans were a big help also. Be mindful to clean up any crumbs you may drop on the floor, this is a tropical area and ants will follow the food. But there were no problems with any ants or bugs. If you want to experience the area as a local this is the best way to do so. It’s more peaceful than the resorts. The apartment felt like my home in Miami. Do not hesitate to stay here this place is amazingly comfortable and I enjoyed every moment. Gricel is always present when you need her the most. This was my first AirBnb and I am very impressed. These women are superhost and they know how to treat there guest. I give this place a 10/10.

This is a perfect getaway for the perfect price in a more than ideal location. This unit had privacy yet was yards from action, food, and a lovely white sandy beach!! The hostess Gricel was communicative and very accommodating. She even provided transportation to places like Macau Beach. Not fancy but perfectly quaint, clean, and easy to throughly enjoy. This will be my go to place if I ever get back!

Hana was an excellent host. She arranged taxi to/from the airport in a spacious air-conditioned van. She was there to greet us at drop off and walk us to the unit. She gave us good information on local restaurants. She was very quick to respond with any questions we had by using the AirBnB app. She even provided some special items we requested in a very timely manner. This area is also safe and very close to beaches and restaurants. (My favorite restaurant was Citrus.)

Olá, Gricel e Hana! Tudo perfeito em nossa estadia. Apartamento extremamente limpo, organizado e com todos os equipamentos em pleno funcionamento. Bernardo e Gricel e sua Mãe sempre disponíveis e amáveis, bem como as mucamas. A localização é excelente, pé na areia e super tranquilo para viver experiência ímpar fora de resorts. Apesar de não ter estacionamento privado, sempre encontramos lugar para estacionar no porta do condomínio. Nós sentimos seguros e protegidos. Recomendo , nas proximidades, o Restaurante Citrus e a padaria ao lado (Las Delicias, algo assim). Soles, bar de praia colado ao condomínio com petiscos muito bons e lounge music na medida certa. Não perca o pôr do sol no seu jardim - a própria praia. Espero que o sargaço diminua ou se encontre uma solução definitiva para o problema. Nos acompanhou todos os dias, mas nunca chegamos a sentir mau cheiro, talvez pela remoção diária. Das praias mais frequentadas, creio ser esta a melhor. Obrigada pelos bons momentos.

This is a beautiful place!!

Realmente un placer vacacionar en ese apartamento, tal cual lo había visto por foto y diria que aun mejor. La hospitalidad y educación de Grisel incomparables! y Bernardo realmente una tranquilidad a la hora de estar en la playa. Todos los que trabajan en Florisel hacen un equipo increíble!!!! Gracias por todo!!!

Clean and nice appartment, big plus is the beach which is only a few steps away - free sunbeds included! Our host Gricel was super friendly and always responded very quick with whatever question we had. There are some mini supermarkets near where you can get necessities. Would recommend this great appartment and will book def. again.

Location was very close to the beach. No view, but walkable in just a few minutes! It was a little weird that they charged us extra for the electricity we used. The place was nice though. Right next to a beach bar and restaurant that was amazing!

Hana’s apartment was a hidden gem. Just steps away from Los Corales Beach where there are plenty restaurants to eat at, a nearby supermarket, and plenty beach adventures/activities. Gricel was extremely accommodating and quickly responsive to messages. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking to avoid resorts by still have a relaxing Caribbean getaway.
