Additional bedroom is located on the ground floor next to the living room. It features a comfortable double bed and a cozy sleeping area within the home’s open-plan layout. Please note, this space is semi-open to the living area and does not have a separate door.
The second unit offers four bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, private bathrooms with showers, and access to a terrace with a pool view.

Great find. Location was excellent, super close to the beach and nearby restaurants and bars. The pool and outdoor area were a delight. The housekeeper was very polite and professional, significantly enhancing the vacation by not having to worry about cleaning dishes, washing towels etc. The second house is much more modern; however, the main house has more character and more of a local feeling to it. Both were very nice! Communication with Vasiliy was great as well. Highly recommend staying at this location.

The villa was the perfect stay for my family of 15. We enjoyed the stay and there were restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The beach was literally a couple minutes from the villa. The personal representative that assisted me with the stay was professional, personable and on point. I thank her for making our vacation seamless.

We came for a birthday and Vasilly's house was as described. The pool was great, there was plenty of room for everyone, it was walking distance to the beach (1 minute) and multiple restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Bella's for pizza, Citrus for fancy dining, and Terra Negra for karaoke. While there was a rough start to check-in Vasilly took care of any issues immediately.

Great place close to the Punta Cana beach and several restaurants. Unfortunately, the beach had lots of seaweed which has caused a havoc all across the East Coast of the Americas. However, the resorts had the beaches cleaned daily so not bad to walk but not good for a swim in the water.
The Airbnb house was exactly as shown in the photos. All 7 bedrooms had full attached bathrooms and were all cleaned daily by the maid Jocelyn. She worked daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and cleaned the house, made the beds and cleaned all dishes. She was a great help during the stay. The highlight for us during the week was the impeccable pool which was also cleaned daily by added help who came in the morning. The host was great and responded to our needs right away. For check in and check out, they had a greeter who came to meet us.
Overall, we had a great family vacation and hope to visit Vasiliy's place again soon!!

This place is amazing!! Location Location Location!!!!! Soles is around the corner. Shopping center is 15min drive. Nightlife is also 15-20min drive. We unfortunately got here on hurricane season (July) so the beaches were filled with seaweed but the water was warm. The only thing I would want fixed at the house is the water pressure in showers and the safes. Everything else is amazing. Amazing host. Amazing help. Amazing trip.
