A1 Florisel – Right on the Beach!

Enjoyed our stay, the beach was just steps away from our room. There is a small bar next door to get food and drinks. The water is warm and delightful. we ran the air conditioner only at night while sleeping and we were there for 3 nights our electric bill was only $9.00 USD.. the people are nice & friendly, the staff looks out for your security and any other needs that you may require. Grocery store just around the corner. Highley recommend the caribbean and our stay was every thing we had hoped for..

Hanane, et Paty sont magnifiques Hôtes, L'endroit est très jolie, très propre, très sécuritaire, à cote de la plage et bien situé, et définitivement je le recommande 100 %. J'ai eu un problème avec AIRBNB que ne confirmait pas ma réservation, je ne comprends pas parce que je suis à Québec une hôtes et en plus j'ai déjà avais utilisé la location airbnb quelques fois. Airbnb ne me reconnaissait pas demandait une identification pour confirmer mon identité, dans le système d'airbnb demandait un photo de mon permis de conduire, et j'ai le fait plusieurs fois et dans la dernier étape disait le système d'attendre quelques minutes, mais non, ils ont passé plus que 3 heures' vraiment j'ai été desespere en attendant dans un restaurant avec internet, Aussi Hanane et Paty super gentilles m'attendaient, Hanane jusqu'à 11 pm et m'écrivait qu'attendait aussi la confirmation parce qu'elle demande la sécurité pour donner aussi la sécurité ce qui est très bien, et rien, AIRBNB confirmait pas. J'ai du aller dans un hotel d'urgence. le lendemain j'ai vu que finalement que pendant la nuit AIRBNB avait accepté mon identification et j'ai pu voir l'adresse pour me rendre et passer un magnifique séjour. Seulement que j'ai payé la premier nuit que j'ai n'ai pas utilisé. À partir que je suis arrivé a été tout très bien. Merci beaucoup Hanane, BRAVO!!!!!!! Le service est parfait.

We had spent the previous few days at an all inclusive resort that was nice, however wished we would have stayed at Florisel the entire time. The host Patricia was great and Bernardo super nice. The communication was outstanding. This was a perfect location and literally steps to your own Oasis. Such a great change from the other part of town we were in. I highly recommend this. If you are considering this are then you will be extremely happy with your choice here. Could not be happier all around. Just wished I would have stayed at this location longer.

The most wonderful retreat on the beach. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It had all the comforts of home particularly in the kitchen. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Having personal service on the beach with chairs and palapa were such a treat. The grounds were well kept- neighbors friendly. Loved the restaurants and shopS right next door. This place is truly a gem!!! It's a great value and delivers higher than expectations!

Ao chegarmos no aeroporto de Punta Cana (PUJ) fomos recebidos pelo motorista como havíamos combinado com a Hanane. Taxi confortável e motorista atencioso. Ao chegarmos no apartamento fomos imediatamente recebidos por Patrícia que nos apresentou o apartamento, o condomínio e os funcionários. Tanto Hanane quanto Patrícia dispuseram seus contatos para facilitar a comunicação e foram extremamente atenciosas. O apartamento é exatamente como descrito no anúncio, muito próximo de bons restaurantes e mercados (cerca de 650m encontra tudo). A praia é deslumbrante, de beleza indescritível e a poucos passos do apartamento. O condomínio disponibiliza cadeiras e toalhas de praia aos cuidados de Bernardo. Nossa experiência foi maravilhosa, não poderíamos ter escolhido apartamento melhor para passar nossa lua de mel. Fomos muito bem tratados pelos anfiatriões (Hanane e Cesar) e todos os funcionários que fizeram nos sentir em casa!

Hanane sent a taxi to pick us up at the airport. This was very helpful, as the airport shuttle area was busy and lines were long. The taxi ride is about 20 minutes. The apartment is just inside the gate at Florisel. The housekeeper, Yanely, was there to greet us, show us in, show the features of the apartment and give us keys. Hanane kept in touch via email and met us when she arrived a few days later. She was very responsive when we asked her to deal with a couple of minor issues. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the ad. For one to two people, it is perfect. We heard comments from others that Hanane's apartments are better appointed than others in the facility. The beach is really beautiful and close and there is a restaurant right as you enter the beach area. Very handy. The grounds are beautiful and maintained daily. The groundskeeper, Bernardo, and the housekeeper were always available to help. Do be aware that Bernardo and Yanely speak almost no English. We didn't use the stove, but the fridge, though small, was adequate. We ate in usually two meals per day, so didn't need to stock lots of goods. The stove was small, but we didn't use it anyway. The tv worked fine and there were numerous channels, some in English, some Spanish. There was a small safe and plenty of closet and dresser space for two. The bathroom was narrow, as the shower area, which appeared to be a newer remodel, took up nearly half the space. Again, just fine for two. Hot water was plentiful. We used the a/c daily, but not all day. It cost us $33/week to do so. The rooms cooled quickly. There is a nice covered lanai, surrounded by vegetation where I enjoyed reading in the mornings. The clientele at the apartments was mostly 60 and over and all were respectful of other tenants. There are numerous restaurants in the area and three small groceries within a 10 minute walk. A larger grocery can be reached by taxi or bus. Note: there is no pool, but you are a few steps from the sea. This is a great place for those who don't want the all-inclusive experience (and price)! Do be aware that there is loud music late into the night on weekends from Soles (the restaurant at the beach). If you are a light sleeper, you will not get much sleep Friday, Sat. and Sun. Bring some earplugs or some mechanical sleep aid. The owners are aware and are hopeful this situation will change in the near future.

O apartamento fica muito bem localizado (o condomínio é beira mar) e com bares, restaurantes e mercado nas proximidades. As fotos retratam exatamente como o apartamento é e os funcionários do condomínio são bastante atenciosos.

During our stay at punta Cana, the florisel apartments provided a home away from home. Once we arrived we were met at the entrance with all necessary information and keys to the place. It literally felt like it was our own apartment with a beach as a backyard. We would like to thank Fior for all the help and Hanane for making sure everything went without a hitch. In our return trip to punta Cana we will most certainly try and book the apartment again.

The Apartamentos Florisel were so cute, clean, and organized! Just a few steps from the beach, friendly staff, and (safe) walking distance to restaurants, this apartment complex has it all. The beach is beautiful, and was not overly crowded (December). Hanane responded quickly to every question I had. We had a great stay!
