THE SPACE:

This posh villa is absolutely spectacular, very family-friendly and has lots of cozy sitting areas where you can relax in privacy and enjoy the most unforgettable Caribbean vacation.

This large (12.000 sq. ft.) 4-bedroom villa built in 2 levels, will definitely delight you and take your breath away at first sight. It’s a villa unlike any you’ve ever seen and the fashionable décor and interior design is top-class. The villa is fully furnished with unique furniture, all in neutral colors combined with bold pops of colors that looks resembles anything straight off a magazine cover!

The villa sits directly on the hole 14 of the Punta Espada golf course (ranked #1 in the Caribbean by GolfWeek Magazine) and offers both impressive views of the golf course and the ocean!

This property is an incredible villa with 4 bedrooms, including a 2-level family suite with a loft. All bedrooms, the living- and dining room and TV room have sliding windows that allow you to completely open up the rooms.

The roof of the villa is a thatched roof and most rooms have high, vaulted ceilings with wooden beams and palm leaf ceilings. The villa has a fabulous saltwater swimming pool with wading areas (perfect for children) & Jacuzzi, surrounded by a lush tropical garden. The center of the house is made for entertaining and has a spacious “palapa” (an open-sided deck with a roof) with sofas and a dining table – overlooking the pool and garden.

Spend your days playing in the swimming pool, soaking up the sun on the deck or find a cooler spot in the shade. The outdoor palapa is the perfect place to enjoy casual lunches with your family and friends and to end the day with cozy dinners and cocktails.

DOWNSTAIRS:

When you arrive at the villa, you’ll be met by the most stunning entrance! Walk up the pathway and feel the serene Zen vibes come over you as you’re led into the center of the villa.

The swimming pool surrounds the palapa and is the first thing that greets you along with the splendid view of the golf course and Farallon cliff ridge towering peacefully in the distance.

The ground level of the villa offers an amazing open floor plan with kitchen, living- and dining areas and a bar. Large sliding doors allow you to open this space up to encompass the adjacent terrace and from there you can easily walk across a small bridge to the palapa. This space is made for entertaining and hosting chic cocktail parties and evening underneath the stars.

The large kitchen has an island and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook wonderful meals during your vacation – and there’s even an outdoor BBQ area with a gas grill and a wood-fired pizza oven. If you don’t feel like cooking but want to enjoy home-cooked meals, you can hire a personal chef to do all of the work for you!

Two of the bedrooms are located downstairs. The 1st bedroom is a master suite with a king bed, a/c, ceiling fan, a private furnished terrace with access to the pool, separate TV room, closet, bathroom with shower and double vanity (2 sinks) and an outdoor whirlpool.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, a/c, ceiling fan, private furnished terrace, TV, closet, and bathroom with shower and double vanity.

UPSTAIRS:

On the upper level of the villa, you’ll find a cozy sitting area with another bar – and you can see the ocean from here!

The 3rd bedroom is located upstairs and is a 2-bedroom family suite with a tropical canopy bed, closet, a/c, ceiling fan, sitting area, TV, bathroom with shower and double vanity, furnished balcony with ocean view and a loft that has 2 canopy twin beds. This is the ideal room for a family with 2 children!

The 4th bedroom is another master suite with a king bed, a/c, ceiling fan, closet, separate living/sitting area, bathroom with shower and double vanity and access to the balcony. The best feature of this master bedroom is the gigantic furnished balcony with golf and ocean views.

VILLA STAFF:

You’ll have two maids taking care of your villa. One manages cleanliness, makes beds, and ensures fresh towels and linens, changed weekly for a renewed atmosphere (for stays exceeding 8 nights).

The other maid can help with preparing simple meals, including traditional Dominican dishes, brewing coffee, and cutting fruits. Please note, she isn’t a professional chef.

After booking, our dedicated manager will be available online to assist you during your stay, from arranging airport transfers to scheduling activities or spa services.

If you’re staying at Cap Cana, you might not really need a rental car. However, should you feel the need to rent a car, please know that it is perfectly safe to drive around town on your own – just keep your eyes open and be prepared for anything in traffic! Normal traffic rules and laws do apply even though they are not always practiced by the locals!
If you prefer to have someone drive you to where you need to go, we can provide reliable and comfortable transportation in e.g. a minivan, small bus or luxury vehicle (e.g. Chevrolet Tahoe). Please ask your villa manager for more information, prices and availability.
