Whales in Samana Excursion Details
- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
- Approximate pick up time from your hotel or pick-up point: 6.30-7.00 a.m.
- Duration: 10 hours.
- What to bring: closed shoes, comfortable clothing, swimming suit, photo camera, sun protection cream, good mood.
- The Traditional Dominican Lunch, soft and alcoholic drinks are included.
- Comfortable Transportation, from and to any Punta Cana/Bavaro Hotel in air-conditioned buses – two way.
- Bacardi island and El Limon waterfall (a visit to El Limon is included, but remains subject to your choice).
Pick-up and drop-off is included in the price for most hotels and residences in Bavaro-Punta Cana area. Additional charge may be applied for pick-ups from Uvero Alto, Cap Cana, Miches, Veron, Bayahibe and La Romana.

I fell in love with the whales! I had never thought they are so amazing and cute, although they are so enormous. We went to Samana in the beginning of March and this is the high period when you actually can see the whales in Dominican Republic. So that if you would like to have such an experience, plan well your vacation there.

We went in February watching whales in Samana. The excursion was perfect, everything was well organized. The boat was clean, the team was kind, experienced and very polite. We followed a whale mom and a calf for a while watching them diving. It was absolutely unreal.

It was really a perfect and great whale watching tour! We saw tens of whales in March. The Everythingpuntacana team organized a transfer from Punta Cana,The point was not so close, but the bus was comfortable, so that we didn’t feel fatigued. We saw huge whales, took maaaany cool pictures, had a traditional Dominican lunch, and then were dropped off at our apartment in Punta Cana in the evening. We absolutely enjoyed the excursion and recommend not to miss the opportunity to book it. But pay attention that the whale excursion period is strictly limited, cause these magnificent whales come to the north Dominican coastline in the months of January, February and March. Anyway, I recommend first of all to get in touch with the support, the guys react very fast. It was really a stunning experience that we’ll never forget.

It was insanely great. The Wale was so cool. Barardi Island was the best experience I've ever had!
