The space
If you are looking for a place in a tropical paradise, you have already found it! It is a cozy and fully furnished apartment full of natural light, with impressive views from the balcony and the windows.
It has three bedrooms (2 with king-size beds and 1 with a queen-size bed) and three bathrooms (3 showers). Upon request, we can provide an air mattress so that up to 8 people can comfortably stay at the apartment. You will also have fresh linen, towels, shampoo, and shower gel.
A fully equipped kitchen provides you with everything you may need for cooking (kitchen utensils and plates, a microwave oven, a fridge, a stove, and a coffee maker).
There is a BBQ on the balcony: spend time with your family or friends, enjoying a tasty meal and wonderful ocean views!

- Some of the photos of the apartment in the photo gallery were taken by a professional photographer using a professional camera; illumination and color tones may be slightly different from the real ones.
- The objects in some photos from the gallery may differ from those in the apartment: we regularly change linens, décor, and equipment so that you feel comfortable.
- We are not responsible for temporary power and water cuts in the building, but we do our best to contact tech personnel and maintenance and fix the issues as soon as possible.
- Excursions, transportation, and other services the Super Host provides on your request are paid separately.
- Please mind that it is prohibited to produce noise that may bother your neighbors, listen to loud music, and have noisy parties at night. If you want to organize some special event, please let me know beforehand.
- We fumigate the apartment regularly to avoid any inconveniences caused by local mosquitos, cockroaches, and other insects. However, we are not able to completely separate you from the local fauna. Please let us know if you encounter any insects in the apartment, and we will take additional measures. Thank you for understanding.
- Any alteration or cancellation of the reservation is carried out strictly in line with the policies on our website. Please ensure you know the applicable rules to avoid possible inconveniences.
- We provide towels based on the number of guests you mentioned in your reservation. Changing linens and towels is paid extra. If the reservation is longer than 4 days, we provide an extra set of fresh linens and towels, which we keep in the wardrobe for your use.
On arrival, we kindly ask our guests for a security deposit of $200 in cash, which will be returned to them on the day of check-out

Overall, my family and I had a great time, Vasiliy was very helpful and answered my questions very promptly. There were really only a couple negatives which was the unit could use some upkeeping, everything was older and it appears not a lot of maintenance went into it. It was still a nice unit and our stay was great but there were some compromises that we had to make, old kitchen pans, shower heads leaking badly, etc. A bar fairly close played extremely load music until 2 am, most nights except Mon-Wed, but that was out of this units control. I really enjoyed my stay in Dominican Republic and was pleasantly surprised on how good their economy is, I have been to many countries in Central America and the Caribbean and I would rank Punta Cana up there with the best. Driving is crazy, but I am used to that.

We loved staying at Nadia’s place!! Everything was clean, very safe, had everything we needed for our 5 day stay! Traveled from the USA with a group of 6 and this place had PLENTY of space for all of us. The place looked exactly like the picturea! Location was PERFECT!! We will definitely be back and recommend to all. Nadia had clean drinking water for our use during our stay! Lots of restaurants, bars, and stores nearby. Natalia helped make us feel at home and was quick to answer any questions. Nadia also helped set up our transportation for our trip which was very nice! Thank you Nadia, Natalia & Alex!

I wanted to say that this a very nice apartment that has a great ocean view and has direct access to the beach. Vasiliy is a GREAT host. He is very responsive within a reasonable time and will send his staff to try and resolve issues. I only informed him of an issue with the bulb on part of a tv being defective as a precautionary measure to avoid blame and he sent his staff the next day with a brand new tv and I didn’t even ask for it, but he wanted to make sure his guests were comfortable. THAT’S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! For information purposes only: There is a bar next door called Soles and places to eat within walking distance. To make things easier for taxis/uber picking us up because they had a hard time finding the Airbnb, we entered the address for Corales Pizzeria & Cigar Club and walked over and never had any issues being picked up/dropped off thereafter. I would strongly suggest staying at this place. It’s great if you want to relax and close enough to easily enjoy nightlife.

The best part was the proximity to the water and the deck with ocean views. Check-in was smooth, the space was stunning,was a solid choice for a beach getaway and we'd consider returning.

Spent 7 perfect days on the beach with my wife, parents, and two daughters. The apartment matches the photos, and the location right on the beach could not be beat. It was the perfect size for the six of us, and aside from being right on the beach, was a short walk into town for food markets or restaurants. The music at the bar next door goes until about midnight on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, but I knew that from previous reviews, and no one had a problem getting sleep after days in the sun. Vasily's communication was very proactive and helpful starting with the booking. He helped with our transfers to and from the airport, with activity recommendations, and with any questions I had. The beach out front was excellent, and we spent each evening during sundown having a cold drink on the patio. I can not recommend highly enough, a great Airbnb.

Our day was great! The place is very clean and the rooms are good sizes. The living room and dining room are really great. When you want to open the windows and let the ocean air in it was nice. AC was nice and cool. the host is responsive if you need anything. The restaurants are very close by. Everything is available right outside your door.
