The space
If you are looking for a place in a tropical paradise, you have already found it! It is a cozy and fully furnished apartment full of natural light, with impressive views from the balcony and the windows.
It has three bedrooms (2 with king-size beds and 1 with a queen-size bed) and three bathrooms (3 showers). Upon request, we can provide an air mattress so that up to 8 people can comfortably stay at the apartment. You will also have fresh linen, towels, shampoo, and shower gel.
A fully equipped kitchen provides you with everything you may need for cooking (kitchen utensils and plates, a microwave oven, a fridge, a stove, and a coffee maker).
There is a BBQ on the balcony: spend time with your family or friends, enjoying a tasty meal and wonderful ocean views!

- Some of the photos of the apartment in the photo gallery were taken by a professional photographer using a professional camera; illumination and color tones may be slightly different from the real ones.
- The objects in some photos from the gallery may differ from those in the apartment: we regularly change linens, décor, and equipment so that you feel comfortable.
- We are not responsible for temporary power and water cuts in the building, but we do our best to contact tech personnel and maintenance and fix the issues as soon as possible.
- Excursions, transportation, and other services the Super Host provides on your request are paid separately.
- Please mind that it is prohibited to produce noise that may bother your neighbors, listen to loud music, and have noisy parties at night. If you want to organize some special event, please let me know beforehand.
- We fumigate the apartment regularly to avoid any inconveniences caused by local mosquitos, cockroaches, and other insects. However, we are not able to completely separate you from the local fauna. Please let us know if you encounter any insects in the apartment, and we will take additional measures. Thank you for understanding.
- Any alteration or cancellation of the reservation is carried out strictly in line with the policies on our website. Please ensure you know the applicable rules to avoid possible inconveniences.
- We provide towels based on the number of guests you mentioned in your reservation. Changing linens and towels is paid extra. If the reservation is longer than 4 days, we provide an extra set of fresh linens and towels, which we keep in the wardrobe for your use.
On arrival, we kindly ask our guests for a security deposit of $200 in cash, which will be returned to them on the day of check-out

Fantastic ocean view and beach access front the front to the sand. I was out for business unfortunately didn’t get to wonder out much and it was for the night only. Be prepared to pay a small electricity charge for what is used. Meter is visible and you can clearly see what’s used on your stay. The breeze was phenomenal and slept with all the windows open, felt fantastic. Busy and area was buzzing so is a good spot if you’re trying to explore the night life. Roman was the person I met at the property for the keys and he was there very quickly after the booking as it was a last minute book later in the evening. He was punctual for the checkout time as well. Very friendly, kind and personable

Viaje familiar, excelente ubicación. Las fotos del departamento A5 y A8 corresponden a la imágenes publicadas. Tina y su equipo fueron muy amables en todo momento. Puedes utilizar las sombrillas y tumbonas que se encuentran al frente de la propiedad tiene personal de servicio muy amable que te las apartan. La ubicación es perfecta tienes restaurante muy cerca y un bar Soles que es genial no hay vendedores insistentes, a 10 min del Downtown Es muy tranquilo. Lo Recomiendo mucho las habitaciones amplias, yo regresaré.

Nos encantó el lugar, justo a pie de playa, una vista espectacular! Tal como la descripción, excelente locación, con bastantes opciones para comer, caminar, la playa es preciosa. Suficiente espacio en el departamento, con todo lo necesario para tu estancia. Te sientes como local en esa área. Definitivamente nos volveríamos a quedar.

Excelente lugar para una estadía familiar, la mejor vista que se puede encontrar en la playa de Punta Cana. El hôte, siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros y atento a todas las preguntas que teníamos antes y durante el viaje. Recomiendo 10/10 este espectacular Airbnb. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.
