A2 Florisel – Perfect & Cozy Apartment on the Beach

The Florisel Apartment was exactly as we expected it to be. Extremely close to the beach and had everything we needed for great get away. The town was a short walk with plenty of restaurants. The staff could not have been more attentive . . . both before the trip and during our stay, every request was quickly answered . . . including booking and then changing our transportation to the airport when our flight was delayed a bit. We couldn't have asked for better concierge service!!

Had a great stay! Came here on our honeymoon and the place was perfect. Great location with just a short walk to town and steps from the beach. Had access to everything we needed. Staff was very attentive and helpful in providing recommendations of places to go and transportation. Would definitely stay here again when in Punta Cana!

We were delighted with Hana's apartment. Hana's colleague - a sort of an operations manager - was incredibly helpful and responsive, at check-in, check-out and every moment that we needed help in between. The apartment is simply decorated but stylish (in a beach-side way) and practical. It is just a few barefoot steps to the beach and less than five minutes walking to restaurants, shops and a small gym. The internet works well (although no netflix on television). We didn't fall in love with Bavaro / Punta Cana (because we prefer our beach to come with more of a town/city alongside) but if you're going to visit for the beautiful sand and sea, I strongly recommend Hana's.

It’s a perfect spot in an ideal location steps from your door to the beach. Also steps to restaurants etc. The host and on site assistant are ever available at a minute’s notice if anything comes up. You can’t beat it for value and comfort.

The place is as described and perfect for a week in Punta Cana. You can walk to restaurants in the area and can be on the beach in seconds. The beach is very nice and has chairs and umbrellas waiting for you. There’s also a cooler provided for your Presidentes! The shopping center next to the beach has tours for sale (see Carlos or sales guy #4) and can accommodate you with some local Dominican food (go for the lady with the bike). Communication was great during our stay. My questions were answered at all hours and we were provided with good suggestions. Stay here, you won’t regret it.

My boyfriend and I️ had a fantastic time at Apartmentos Florisel! Ana was a great contact! She met us at the apartment after our taxi ride from the airport (which she organized), then showed us around the apartment complex, beach, and surrounding town in Los Corales. She had helpful restaurant suggestions and also got us in contact with a trusted tour group for excursions. She was always quick to respond. The beach is beautiful! And just steps away from the apartment. Anything you could need is within a 10 minute walk (we enjoyed Joy for breakfast, and Citrus for dinner). We did not need to use the AC unit in the apartment (we just opened the windows) so we did not use any extra electricity than what is included. Housekeeping even changed our towels and sheets half way through our stay which was a nice bonus! We highly recommend this apartment for those looking for a relaxing vacation!

This little apartment was great! So close to the beach. Very clean and Ana was great. The balcony was a nice place to sit out and read. One little thing that was odd is the water in the shower smelled a little bit like bleach. In the DR the water isn’t safe for drinking anyways (bottled water only) so it wasn’t a big deal. Had a great time!! Thanks.

If you are looking to enjoy the beaches of Bavaro without dealing with the crowds of all of the resorts, this is the place for you. Comfortable apartment, just steps away from the beach. Hana was quick to respond in getting everything set up before the trip. Once we arrived Hana did a fantastic job in getting us situated and showing us around the neighborhood. Hana also helped us get a car for a day trip to Macao. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Wir waren insgesamt zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist so wie es Hana beschrieben hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Lage zum Strand perfekt. Es gibt in der Umgebung gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Restaurants für alle Geschmäcker. Vor Ort war Ana unsere Ansprechpartnerin. Sie war immer erreichbar und hat uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen weitergeholfen und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rund um wohl gefühlt haben. Die Housekeeper machen sehr gute Arbeit und reinigen auch die Appartements. Auch werden die Handtücher regelmäßig gewechselt. Ana ist super und wir bedanken uns herzlich für ihre Gastfreundschaft. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und geschützt. Es war sehr ruhig ideal zum Entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This is an amazing apartment. Look no further and stay in this Bavaro beach treasure. First is the location: in front of the beach. You just walk few steps from the apartment and you will be on this beautiful beach. You will be able to enjoy the beach 24/7. There are parasols and beach chairs from this propertie awaiting for you on the beach. Bernardo, wonderful person who does maintenance on the apartments, will prepare the chairs for you. He was very helpful. Also, Ana, the host who will receive you at the apartment, she is amazing and will give you tips that only the local people know: from restaurants to tours, she was extremely helpful and always available. Communication with her and Bernardo was always excellent. The apartment is beautiful, clean, well maintained, and spacious: large living room with sofa, full kitchen with fridge, spacious bathroom with big shower, and a very cozy master room with a queen bed, ceiling fan and A/C both on the living room and master suite. Furthermore, a beautiful balcony with a table a 2 chairs to enjoy a delicious meal while breathing the fresh air of the Caribbean sea: it does not get better than this. If you need to wash any clothing, just let Ana knows and she will make sure that the cleaning ladies will wash it for you. Very convenient. You will have 24 hours security in the property: you feel safe and most importantly is quiet and you will sleep like a baby. Apartment is located to walking distance to several restaurants that will offer you delicious meals. Again, this property is very well located and you will enjoy privacy. If you are trying to avoid large resort crowds, this is the place for you. I highly recommend this property: location is excellent, apartment is very comfortable, and you will have a super host that will take care of you. Look no further and stay here: I would do it again.
