Other things to note
* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

* Apartamentos Florisel is only 7 minutes away by car from the Palma Real Mall and the Cocotal Golf Course.
Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.
* We remind you that you have all the services within a 10 minute walk of the apartment.

Great location if you are looking to get away from the all inclusive resorts. The apartment was exactly as described and the beach was just steps away! I would definitely recommend this apartment, and look forward to coming back!

Wir haben zwei Wochen in Hanas Apartment verbracht. Unsere Ferien waren toll. Das Apartment von Hana entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern bei Airbnb. Es war sehr sauber und entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Die Komunikation mit Hana und Gricel war seit Anfang immer sehr nett und die Antworten kamen innert kürzester Zeit. Unser Hinflug wurde eine Woche vor Ferienbeginn um 7 Stunden verschoben. Trotzdem wurden wir wie abgesprochen vom Taxidienst abgeholt und zu später Stunde auch im Apartment durch Bernardo persönlich empfangen. Am folgenden Morgen hat dann Gricel den Schlüssel für den Tresor gebracht und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Gricel war jeden Tag von 9 Uhr bis 17.30 Uhr persönlich erreichbar. Die Apartmentanlage ist in einem wunderschönen Garten gelegen, gut gepflegt, absolut ruhig und sehr sicher. Die ganze Anlage wird immer überwacht, während der Nacht durch einen Sicherheitsdienst. Das Apartment ist zwei Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Eine Dusche in Strandnähe ist vorhanden. Gleich neben dem reservierten Liegebereich am Strand, welcher immer mehr als genügen Platz hat, hat es eine gemütliche Strandbar. Sehr angenehm zur Mittagsverpflegung und für einen guten Cocktail am Ende des Tages. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10 bis 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Wasser muss nicht eingekauft werden, es hat einen Wasserspender im Apartment welcher bei Bedarf nachgefüllt wird. Wir können das Apartment weiterempfehlen und würden selbst jederzeit wieder bei Hana anfragen.

Everything was exactly as expected and more. Gricel was amazing and handled everything with precision. The place was literally right next to the beach steps away and I couldn’t have picked a better spot for the price. My girlfriend absolutely loved it and couldn’t be happier with our stay.. definitely will be coming back to the same spot same air b&b

Hana’s place met what I was looking for when I stayed in Punta Cana. Any issues were answered by the hostess or someone than can be reached if the hostess was not available. A definite recommend if you want to stay close to the beach.
