* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.
* We remind you that you have all the services within a 10 minute walk of the apartment.

Hana has a lovely apartment that's just steps away from a beautiful beach. Private palapas and free lounge chairs are always available. The grounds of the apartment complex are constantly being cleaned and maintained. The pictures are accurate representations of the property and beach. We walked most everywhere due to the apartment's close proximity to lots of cafes, bars, markets, shops, restaurants, etc. we were often walking at night and always felt safe. The property manager, Ana, is absolutely the best! Our incoming flight was delayed by several hours but she was there to greet us when our taxi arrived from the airport. She showed us the apartment and then personally escorted us to great restaurant nearby for a very late dinner. She spoke with the restaurant manager to keep the place open so we could eat. On our first full day Ana gave us a tour of the shops and restaurants nearby. She was available 24/7 by phone or text to answer questions and give advice about what companies are best to use for excursions. Again, great recommendations and value. Thank you, Ana!! This apartment offers a lot of benefits for buck!

This is a great place to stay. The apartment is as described and the beach is literally a 30 second walk for the apartment. Hana and Bernardo were quick to take care of any request we had regarding the apartment, where to go and things to do. We would definitely stay here again. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great place, beautiful area. I knew going in we would have to pay electric overage charges. We checked in around 5pm stayed one say and check out at noon the next ( days ). We ran the AC minimally less than 6 hours nightly and we used $10 (American). I was so paranoid about using electric and I disliked that. Accommodations were super, beach was beautiful, plenty to do and see in walking distance. Ana the hostess was beyond helpful. She offered a tour of the area, arranged our taxis, and checked on us when she saw us in town. Overall best Airbnb we've stayed.

The place was wonderful and literally right by the beach. Would recommend this home for anyone not renting a vehicle and want to be walking distance to everything you need from supermarkets, bars, to great restaurants. Ana was a WONDERFUL hostess and made herself available for contact at any point of the day. Definitely will be coming back in the future!

My girlfriend and I had a great time at Apartamentos Florisel. The apartment is exactly as pictured and extremely close to the beach. Everything you need is very close by, including restaurants and supermarket. Ana and Bernardo were amazing! Super helpful, attentive, and friendly! Beach is beautiful and good for those who want to do activities like parasailing, party boat, ocean adventures, etc. The boats to take you on your adventure are right in front of you. The beach is lively and has lots of action. Overall, a lovely stay.

Had an amazing time. Wifi worked in the apartment which was great, but the beach did not have access to wifi. Also, the apartment was so close to the beach and everything was walkable. Will definitely be returning.

I definitely join all the good things written before about Hana's apartment! We had a great stay! The apartment is beautiful, very spacious and equipped with everything one may need. The location is perfect too, the condo is standing right by the beach, from our house, which was the furthest, it took like 30 sec to walk. The beach itself is hard to describe by words - must be seen, we walked a little and driven a little to other beaches around, and we thought this beach piece near the apartment was the best. It's also a short walk to supermarkets and restaurants. People working there are very nice and friendly, we were met by Ana, who showed us around and gave a lot of useful information. All in all it felt like people really care that you have a good time, not just earning money on you. Thank you all and we hope to come back soon :)

Great location, the beach is not crowded with guests. The apartment is tidy and clean, great size for a couple. Hana and her team were very helpful with our requests, nothing is too troublesome for them, we had a great holiday in Punta Cana!

Ana went above and beyond to make us feel oriented and comfortable. Also, the apartment sits on the best section of beach in the area. Truly paradise!
