* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.

Our stay at Florisel was top notch! Hana's place was just as described in the pictures. Our whole stay went smoothly from transport from the airport until our departure from the apartment. Hana was a great communicator and great host. I can't wait to be back and stay at Florisel again! I highly recommend this place!

Estamos encantados con nuestra estancia en los apartamentos Florisel. El sitio muy cómodo, tranquilo, al borde de la playa. El apartamento muy limpio con todo lo necesario. Incluso hemos estrenado unos muebles preciosos! Y la anfitriona y todo el personal de 10. Calidad de servicio. Excelente. Nos recibieron incluso con globos en la cuna de nuestra hija y notas preciosas. Un lujo poder estar aquí. Recomendamos sin reparos estos alojamientos.

My experience was similar to all of the other reviews you see on Hana's property. The place is gorgeous. From the inside of the accommodation to the beach that is within steps from the front door. Hana and her team (especially Juanita) are top notch hosts. They bend over backwards to be accommodating and are at your beck and call. Hana maintained communication with me throughout my stay. She made contact with me when I landed and made sure I had appropriate directions to her place as well as connected me with Juanita. Juanita gave me a tour of the place and property as well as made recommendation about restaurants, where to get groceries, exchange money, wifi access and etc. I was thoroughly impressed with the accommodation. The place was immaculate and very well keep. I will definitely connect with Hana for my next stay in Punta Cana.

My experience was excellent from the start! Having been to Punta Cana many times, me and my husband (who is from the DR) were looking for a place on the beach that was easily accessible to what we needed to accomplish during our stay. Hana was extremely responsive with every question that I had. Prior to arrival Hana kept in touch with us and upon arrival, Hana's wonderful assistant Juanita, was waiting for us! The apartment was beautiful, just as pictured and very clean and also had everything we needed. It is in a neighborhood that has a lot to do within walking distance just as described. I felt safe at all times. We had a rental car and we had no issues parking. It was in a convenient location for us, not too far to the airport and to the major roads we needed to use to visit family a little further north. The checkout process was seamless too. I can not say enough about how great this listing was, we look forward to coming back!

We had a superb stay at the apartment. Everything was right there as expected i or even better. The beach is really only 50m away! Juanita was taking care of us and organized a few things easily. We recommend this Airbnb 100%.

Enjoyed the stay. Super nice apartment with all the amenities. Juanita was a great host at check in and check out. The apartment is well equipped, complete kitchen with all the appliances as well as dishes. Great location with the apartment right on beach with beach chairs always available. Many nice restaurants nearby. Very private and secure area. Overall very enjoyable stay.

I have hosted my own apartment on airbnb for 2 years now but this was my first time as an airbnb guest. It was great to see things from the other side. It was a pleasure to stay at Hanane's place. She coordinated Patricia & company to receive me when I showed up by car from Santo Domingo which was great. The apartment was lovely and much nicer than I anticipated. There are ample places nearby for food and shopping - you can be to the main commercial area in about 10 minutes. I loved having the balcony that faced the courtyard area and the beach was literally 60 seconds a from the couch haha. Excellent beach that is private so not like Boca Chica where you are being harassed non stop literally every 60 seconds. There are ample opportunities on the beach to that you can ask about. When my reservation was up but I wanted to stay in Punta Cana longer, Hanane & Patricia even helped me locate another place in the same complex which was super helpful. The wifi was great too which was critical for me as I had some work to do. Definite recommend!
