* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

* Apartamentos Florisel is only 7 minutes away by car from the Palma Real Mall and the Cocotal Golf Course.
Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.
* We remind you that you have all the services within a 10 minute walk of the apartment.

I loved every single thing about my stay at Florisel, from the moment I got the booking confirmation until I entered the taxi to go to the airport and fly back home. I haven't seen anyone else reply to emails as fast as Hanane does. She is incredible! The apartment was perfect for our 1 week stay in Bavaro. I love to cook and I didn't miss anything in the kitchen, there was even a blender where I could prepare juices and dips! Just perfect! The apartment is lovely decorated in a colonial style and the air conditioning keeps you cool when the weather is hot and humid outside. The beach is 10 seconds walk from the apartment. What else can you ask for? :) The staff is super friendly and professional. A big thanks to Patricia and Bernardo who made our stay at Florisel even more enjoyable and relaxing! We really appreciated your kindness and help when we needed. Hope to see you soon!

I travel to Punta Cana for the wedding of my best girl friend, and I can honestly say the my stay at Hanane was fantastic. From the start Hanane and Patricia where Tremendously helpful, they sent the taxi to pic me at the airport and help me with all my inquiries when I arrive. The location is amazing and apartment were very clean with beautiful neutral colors and only 10 meter away from the private beach. Bernardo was always there to help me every time i need something. And when I had a incident with my rental car 1 hour before the wedding, Patricia was there and help me through the situation and I manage to get to the wedding on time. So far this is the best places I had been in Airbnb because of the location but more important because of the fantastic Hosts. I Cant wait to get there next year.

I had an amazing experience with Hanane. The apartment was very clean and responded back very fast. Her assistant helped me every step of the way from getting me to and from the airport. She also suggested great things to do around the property.

Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht dort, verliessen es aber mit dem Wunsch wiederzukehren. Patricia war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war wie abgebildet und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Hanane's place was perfect! Even better than in the pictures. Super clean with everything you need! The staff was soo friendly upon arrival and throughout our whole stay. Everything is close by, especially the beach which is footsteps away:) I'd highly recommend this place!

I would recommend the Florisel Apartments to anyone visiting Punta Cana and not staying at a resort. Hanane was GREAT with communication, and always replied right away with step by step instructions or resolutions. She even let us stay past check out time. The beach is a few steps away from the apartment and there is a really great restaurant right next door on the beach you can get drinks and food at! Overall it was great stay, but too short! I will be returning to Florisel on my next Dominican Vacation.
