* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.
* We remind you that you have all the services within a 10 minute walk of the apartment.

We had a picture-perfect stay at Hana's apartments. Our room was exactly as advertised, very clean and everything ready for our stay. The apartments sit right on a stunning beach with calm, beautiful water and white sand. Our host Ana was waiting for us upon arrival to help us check in and give us helpful tips and recommendations for the area. Ana remained available throughout our stay via (Hidden by Airbnb) and always replied quickly to any questions. She was lovely and made us feel very comfortable. We tried out several local eateries and felt safe exploring the surrounding area. The apartment complex has a night guard and locked entrance gate. Communication was prompt from the moment we booked, and Hana was helpful in arranging us a taxi. It was a hassle-free, beautiful stay. I would absolutely recommend and hope to return! Excellent host and a perfect location. I really didn't need to rent a car because everything( beach, Excursion, activities shopping, market, restaurants) is within a short walking distance. This is a perfect, clean and cozy spot for two. Very secure and quiet. Its also was a plus to walk 100 feet from the front door and have your own private set of beach chairs waiting for you. I definitely will be booking here again for my next visit.

The place is super close to the beach. It's exactly what the pictures show. I haven't met the Hana, but her assistant was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. There is a restuarant behind the building that offers delicious fresh sea food. Also, if you're looking for activities such as snorkelling, parasailing, etc.. the beach were the property is located offers all that kind of fun. I enjoyed my stay in this place and would return If I visit Punta Cana again

This place is great it was just what we were looking for. Location to the beach is great less than a minute walk. There are many options to eat and lots of opportunities for excursions. Our main goal was the beach and this spot delivered. Our host was fabulous and took care of all our needs. The apartment is exactly as pictured we will return.

I am a former real estate agent in the Punta Cana area and came to know the Los Corales neighborhood where this condo is located very well. This condo is a great gem, in the middle of a lot of dining choices, access to the main road going North to Bavaro or Uvero Alto, or South to the airport and Punta Cana proper. The condo is clean, well equipped, tastefully furnished and decorated. You are STEPS from the Bavaro beach, which cannot be emphasized enough-- I stress, STEPS from the beach, with resorts to the left and to the right, but you are right in the middle with ocean excursions and bars and restaurants just waiting for you. Hana and Nuria are very welcoming, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I rented this during January 2017 and feel the price can be better given the other condos that ate in the area (but may be available, as they were for us), but you are not overpaying at all. KEY reasons to rent here are location, walking access to the beach and dining and entertainment.

Great apartment to relax in a quiet and cozy complex... Right next to the beach, and amazing attention from Nuria... A couple of good restaurants and conveniance store are walking distance.

The stuff is very friendly and if you need something, you can always ask. 1 is sure. You'll feel well and relaxed ;) It was my best stay outside of Hotels in Bávaro.

This is truly the best Airbnb I've experienced! The reviews and pictures don't do it justice- you are truly only 10 steps from the beach! You will enjoy the easy access to the beach, which is only topped by Hana's incredible staff! Everyone on Hana's team is highly attentive and supportive! Nuria and Bernardo quickly helped with every need from wifi access to guidance with bus trips to Santo Domingo. I have already recommended this amazing location to friends planning to visit Punta Cana! Great location!
