* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.
* We remind you that you have all the services within a 10 minute walk of the apartment.

This was such a relief. A friend and I had just escaped out of a nearby resort and lucked out with reserving this space for the remaining time of our trip in Punta Cana. It is in an awesome location, close to the beach and nearby a variety of restaurants, grocers, excursions, and a holistic spa within walking distance.

Alles ist genauso wie beschrieben. Der Shuttle vom Flughafen hat super funktioniert(36 US Dollar). Das Apartment ist wirklich super sauber und gepflegt und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es liegt direkt am Strand und so wie wir fanden war es auch der schönste Strandabschnitt des Bavaro Beach. Direkt nebenan ist eine Strandbar mit guten Cocktails und Essen. Auch viele weitere Restaurants, eine Bäckerei, Apotheke und Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Es stellt eine super Alternative zu den All inclusive Restaurants dar. Gricel hat immer sofort geantwortet und sich sofort um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Die Handtücher wurden alle 2 Tage gewechselt und nach 6 Tagen wurde das Apartment auch einmal komplett gereinigt. Um die Sicherheit muss man sich keine Gedanken machen, es gibt einen Tresor und die Anlage ist überwacht. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Punta Cana!

Great location just a short walk (a few hundred feet) from the beach. The apartment was very clean and had all the little things you'd hope for (towels - beach and bath, coffee maker, kitchenware, clean water - both hot and cold, nice refrigerator, TV with basic cable, air conditioning located in prime spots). Our host recommended a reliable and safe taxi driver which we used on multiple occasions. No issues came up (rare on vacation), and was a great experience. If we make it back to Punta Cana, we will strongly consider booking here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

The hosts greeted us at the check in, and she organized transportation for us to and from our destinations. She did a fantastic job answering our questions and providing recommendations, and she went out of her way to ensure we got the best service possible. If we needed transportation anywhere, she organized it for us. We were very satisfied with the service, location, and her hospitality. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again!

Hana was a wonderful host! The apartment was basic but very clean and made a great home base for a long weekend. The apartment is steps from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. The area is very safe and we felt comfortable walking around, even after dark. Gricel was very communicative, responded promptly, and helped arrange a last-minute excursion for us. Definitely recommend!

Hana's Airbnb was very cozy and welcoming. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and right next to shops and restaurants. I felt very safe in this area. He was very accommodating to all of our needs. Anytime I needed to message her, she responded back right away! He even offered to arrange taxis for us to and from the airport. I would recommend!

Hana’s place is clean and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Balcony is perfect for having breakfast in the morning. The area is very safe. The apartment is inside a gated residential complex. There are many restaurants nearby and small grocery stores ( 5-10 minutes walk). There’s an ATM next to Bam market, very convenient. It’s best to take a taxi to go to Jumbo for your groceries (cheaper). The beach is really close! Chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are all included. Bernardo who looks after the beach area was great. He also kept the grounds clean. Cleaning staff were wonderful ( thank you for bringing our towels and cleaning the apartment). Hana was fabulous! Communications between us was absolutely perfect. She made sure our requests were met. There were not that many, but felt like we were taken cared of. If you need a taxi just ask Hana and he can arrange one to pick you up. I highly recommend Hana’s place. We hope to return again.
