* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.

Overall, we had a great stay at Hana’s place! Her assistant, Nuria is excellent. We were very pleased by the service that Nuria provided to us. She was quickly to respond to our requests and questions. In terms of location, it was excellent! However, it is about a 10-15 min walk each way into the city to purchase groceries and other items. The beach is amazing and is less than a 1 min walk. We were impressed by how clean the units are kept. I would recommend Hana’s place to my friends. However, there are a few hidden costs to add to your budget: electricity usage is extra, which is not clearly spelled out. Keep in mind when visiting DR you cannot drink tap water. Hanna does provide a 5 gallon water cooler, but after the supplied 5 gallons are used, you are responsible for payment of a replacement, which they deliver and install. Overall these costs are minor, but nonetheless worth mentioning.

Nuria was wonderful to have as a hostess on our trip to PC! She and Hana set up the taxi from the airport which was a quick drive to the apartments. It was a quiet but beautiful area and the beach was right there - a 10 second walk. We had a relaxing trip and really loved being able to walk to the grocery store and restaurants that were about a 5 minute walk away.

El apartamento es tal cual aparece en las fotos, muy bien ubicado y sobre la playa. Hanane y su gente nos hicieron sentirnos en casa, siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades. El apartamento está en una playa muy linda y con muchos servicios cerca, accesibles caminando. El apartamento es confortable y cómodo. Lo recomiendo totalmente para alojarse y realizar una estadía diferente en Punta Cana a los todo incluido.

Hana was extremely accommodating and communicative before and during our stay. Her assistant, Juanita, was also extremely helpful while we were there. The amenities are exactly as described. The location is convenient and it's a perfect apartment for a couple to stay at (my wife and I enjoyed our honeymoon there). Be ready to be bugged on the beach by local vendors, but that is constant across all of the Caribbean. Hana's staff does a good job suggesting excursions, eateries, and where to go locally. We would definitely choose one of Hana's properties if we return to the DR.

Me ha encantado el apartamento. Esta muy bien decorado y tiene todo lo necesario o incluso más. Juanita y Hana siempre atentas a cualquier detalle. La playa es muy bonita y hay varios restaurantes de muy diferentes precios. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Espero volver pronto y pasar más días.

El apartamento de Gana es perfecto mejor que en las fotografías! Muy limpio y todo lo necesario el personal muy amable y siempre ha estado disponible desde que llegamos. Todo cerca, en especial la playa a sólo unos pasos. Recomiendo totalmente el apartamento. Es genial!!

It's a nice apartment for a couple to spend a weekend.. Beautiful beach and nearby stores and restaurants. Great communication with the owner and friendly staff that attends to your needs well. Appreciative of the owner's quick responses and solving problems.

Perfect location right on the beach with personal palapas for shade. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Apartment was well furnished and had everything you needed. AC throughout and towel service if required. Complex felt safe and easy to walk to lots of restaurants etc.

Apartamentos Florisel was absolutely amazing. The whole experience was perfect! Hana was very helpful and always responded very quickly to my emails. She immediately put us in contact with Juanita who was available to help us with anything we needed. She knows the area very well and has great food suggestions. Juanita arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport for $35 and the driver was waiting for us at the main entrance when we got off the plane. The apartment is great. It is very clean, has enough space and offers a filtered water cooler. The area is very safe and is literally steps from the beach. A security guard is on duty at night and Roberto is always around during the day to help with the lounge chairs. Juanita introduced us to Juanel who helped us get set up with an awesome excursion for a great deal. He was even kind enough to accompany us and be our personal tour guide. He knows several different languages and is always happy to help with any translating needed. There is a great beach bar and shopping center where you can pick up souvenirs right next to the apartment. We went from Tuesday to Saturday and did not notice any obnoxious noise while in the apartment complex. We only paid $11 for electricity and had the AC running at night. Overall, we owe a huge thank you to Hana, Juanita, and Juanel for an amazing vacation with great hospitality. A real opportunity that you just can't pass up! Such a beautiful apartment in a beautiful location. Definitely will be returning!
