Other things to note
* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.
* We remind you that you have all the services within a 10 minute walk of the apartment.

I was at a resort for three days and was miserable due to male hotel staff being creepy and overall lack of peacefulness— and let me tell you, my stay here turned my trip around. The apartment was perfection, the taxi drivers were helpful, Gricel was kind and amazingly helpful/attentive, the location has everything you need restaurant wise within walking distance, and the beach was with in steps. All the workers for the complex were friendly and I felt extremely safe/content as a solo female traveler. Having breakfast on the patio every morning was lovely and the upstairs terrace where you do laundry was a great place to work from— I only wish I had been here for my entire trip as it was truly a home away from home.

Det finns inget bättre boende än detta. Det är prisvärt, mysigt, rymligt och har otroligt bra avstånd till allt du kan behöva! Jag kommer definitivt tillbaka!

Hana’s place was just as described. Cute and efficient for what we needed. Gricel was amazing and was super responsive. The beach with the chairs and umbrellas were wonderful. The electricity bill was only $10 for 4 days which I thought was ok but we were very good about not using the ac except in the bedroom at night. The only complaint I had was there I not blanket on the bed, only on a sheet. It’s a warm climate but I still like to sleep with a blanket for the comfort.

Thanks for being a great host, we loved your place. It looked just like in the pictures! Great location, we were able to walk everywhere. There is no longer an ATM around the area, the closest one is about 10 min. In car, but most places take card. Can't wait to go back!

We stayed at Florisel apartments for 10 days. When it comes to Punta Cana and beaches then this was the best place to stay. We had a private beach just outside the gate with beach chairs and parasols included. Next to the apts. on the beach is a little bar where you can get drinks and also food. Small shops, supermarkets and bars are within walking distance. Downtown is about 15min by car. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to prepare our own breakfast. TV is ok but we struggled to find any english channels so we didnt watch it. Bathroom was spacious but be prepared to use a bin for toilet paper (nr1 and 2). Also, personally, I would have preferred a cleaner shower where the floor and walls are bleached. Also the shower head kept falling down

We stayed at Hana’s place for a week and we loved it! Everything was nice and clean. If there was anything we needed, Gricel was very quick with responses. It was just a few steps from the beach and a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants. They supply you with beach towels and beach chairs. The beach chairs could use some cushions, they were a bit uncomfortable. We paid $23 for electricity. We kept the A/C off during the day (a couple days we forgot to turn it off) and used it at night. Lastly, I will say that if you plan to stay at this part of the beach expect many interruptions from people on the beach wanting to get you into their shops or buy excursions. This may be a thing everywhere, but just wanted to mention it. Overall, these apartments are nice and affordable. Would stay again!

Galera o local é muito bem organizado, o condomínio é uma tranquilidade total. Gricel foi muito atenciosa conosco. A uns 800 metros tem um comercio completo (lojas, mercados, padarias, restaurantes, farmácia, bares). Recomendo!

Gricel is a wonderful host. She arranged a taxi late at night to get us from the airport to Florisel and went out of her way to let us in after midnight. She also arranged a taxi to take us to the airport so we would make our flight on time. We felt very safe and held by her. She had great communication skills and responded promptly anytime we had a question. The place was ideally located and so close to everything. A wonderful short walk on a short white sandy path to the beach. The restaurant next door was very good and right on the beach. I loved that we didn’t need a car because everything we needed was walking distance and so close. The ocean was a magnificent turquoise, with a perfect temperature. I would definitely stay there again........Shannon & Suzanne
