C202 Florisel – Beach Lovely Apartment

Overall great communication from the host. Very convenient location, layout of apartment and hospitable staff. Staff onsite only speak Spanish so be prepared with pocket dictionary. There was some loud music about our unit until 4 am but after I contacted the owner the music stopped.

Hanane's place is in a great location and has everything you need to have a cool and comfortable stay by the beach. Close to great local bars, Gary's good times and cats corner especially.

The host was very responsive and was able to arrange a taxi pickup from PUJ. The apartment was nice and clean, and included purified drinking water, which was nice. The water is hard and smells a bit of sulfur, but it's nothing I haven't experienced before in rural US. Besides, who needs showers when you have the Caribbean at your doorstep? The beach was beautiful, with private palapas and chairs. There are 3 bars/restaurants right next to the property which serve decent enough food, although to save on beer/alcohol and snacks, I would suggest going to the local mini-market, where you can buy a big 1.5L beer for the price of a small one at the bars! Don't buy eggs or anything perishable at the nearest shop (I believe it's called Irena's), and do your major food shopping at the bigger store a bit further away (BAM market, which also delivers). The best and biggest breakfast portions were in the 3rd and furthest bar (they're all next to eachother). My only complaint would be the near-constant music being played at one of those bars, which made relaxing on the beach .... less relaxing. We were there on the weekend, so maybe the music is not so ubiquitous during the week. The mornings were nice and quiet, and the music doesn't go too late. The room was quiet.

If you are looking to immerse yourself in local Dominican culture - don't miss this Bavaro Apartment. Footsteps from all the activity, great restaurants and nightlife ~ all mere steps away. Yanely and Bernardo were fantastic - made me feel at home the entire 3 days. The apartment was very clean with great ambiance. Cozy and just what I was looking for - a getaway for 3 days with no electronic interruptions. The beach, waves and breeze had me forgetting work within minutes of my arrival. Hanane's communication throughout the booking process - check in and check out was something I really appreciated as a host on AirBnB myself I appreciated the care she took to make sure I was properly taken care of. Definitely will return with my family next year.

It was a great experience. The area is very beautiful. Hanane helped me with ally questions and their Staff was waiting for me and helped with a big smile. The department is just few meters from the beach. It is exactly as described. Very comfortable and clean. I recommend it !!

This was our first time using Airbnb and I gotta say that I will be using it more often. Hanane was very involved. She replied to all my emails in a timely manner. Even on the day of our check-in, that I dropped my phone in water and lost the directions to the place. We arrived late at night because we had been doing some exploring around Punta Cana. I sent her an email asking her to re-send me the directions to my boyfriend's email and she emailed me back very fast at around 9:00 pm with new instructions and the phone number of the housekeeper. She even emailed me back once she had confirmed with the housekeeper that we had arrived. We were very appreciative of her help. PLEASE PRINT THE DIRECTIONS, it is not easy to get there otherwise. The place is just as described, from your door to the beach its like 2 minutes walking. Very nice setting. We were very pleased with the property and the service. Thank you Hanane!

I had a great time at Hanane's apt c202. The staff is super helpful I loved it was just a few steps from the beach. The markets are just around the corner and an awesome spa in the same area. I would definitely return! Thank you for everything from arranging transportation, to correcting my arrival day - I had an amazing time!

Hanane was always available to respond to questions and concerns. Our apartment was exactly as received and absolutely lovely. The rate was excellent also. The only caveat is that the housekeepers did not speak much English, but their courtesy and professionalism and hanane's responsiveness more than made up for it. Overall an excellent host with amazing properties at great prices!

We had a great time in punta Cana what a beautiful island. Hanane she was AMAZING she made our vacation like a dream!! The apt was clean 1min from the beach. I drove hanane crazy with all the questions I was asking LOL and she was answering them right away!! Hanane you are awesome!! Also a big thank you to yanely. Hanane keep in touch I will see you soon!!
