* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.

Our stay was absolutely fabulous! We were first greeted by our taxi driver who was waiting for us when we arrived. At the apt., we were then greeted by Juanita, who showed us around and made sure we were ok and had everything we needed. And she continued to check in on us daily. The apt was just as seen in the pictures-clean, comfortable and cute! Location wise you can't find a more perfect place- literally steps from the beach and just a few minutes walk to local supermarkets, great restaurants and bars! We felt very safe at all times. The private beach is beautiful and made perfect with the palm umbrellas and lounge chairs. Right on the beach was also one of the many affordable beach bars and grills. Bernardo was a great help when we were at the beach and Leonard was always eager to help with planning excursions. Though we didn't get to meet Hana in person, she was always accessible through email. We are looking forward to a vacation here next year- but bringing family and friends with us!

The apartment was beautiful with an amazing beach as my backyard. Hana was available and responded quickly to my requests. Juana was very pleasant and answered all my questions. She arranged several taxi rides for me as well. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment right on the beach! Music from the neighboring bar was loud Friday night until 2:30 a.m., but not as bad Saturday night. Staff were incredibly helpful.

The apartment was excellent in all aspects, mainly location, cleanliness, utensils and equipment, support from host (Juanita was ever present and extremely helpful, Bernando, responsible for the compound always attentive and very pleasant making sure all was clean and in operational order. The security aspect deserves a special word. We felt very secure with 24 h private guards both at the beach and in front of the compound, not that the location seems to require in any way extra security. Relaxed environment with no apparent concern for any threat against tourists. On the contrary local and foreign presence in the area extremely friendly. One may choose simply to hang around the lovely beach area, or as we did rent a car to visit a different beach every day; Macao and Playa Blanca top in our ranking. In summary, if we had a six star option we would choose it to rank Hana's appartments. Highly recommended and good value for money accomodation in Punta Cana. Last but not least good restaurants a couple of blocks away.

Emplazamiento perfecto al lado de la playa, con una anfitriona (Patricia) super amable, que nos ayudo en todo lo posible y mas! Repetiré en un futuro no muy lejano! El apartamento esta en optimas condiciones. Lo mejor, la playa con las tumbonas!!!! Lo peor? pues imposible decir algo malo...!

Que du bonheur ... un grand merci à Hanane (et toute son équipe) chez qui j'ai passé 5 mois de parfait repos. Sur place vous avez tout ce dont vous avez besoin à portée de marche à pieds, commerces en tout genre, restaurants ... mais ce que j'ai apprécié surtout c'est le bien etre et la façon discrète et efficace dont fait preuve Hanane et son équipe, toujours présent à vos moindres désirs. Je recommande chaleureusement les locations "Florisel", accueil, propreté, jardin très entretenu, plage propre et sourirs peremanants ... j'adresse toute mon affection à "Florisel"

Had a great one-night stay at the Florisel! Right on the beach, close to all the hotels and but far enough away to be great for a quiet getaway. And if you're hungry or looking for drinks - tons of places nearby and very safe too.
