* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.
* We remind you that you have all the services within a 10 minute walk of the apartment.

This place was beautiful and they weren't kidding about walking to the beach. It's literally in your back yard. Our host was wonderful and very responsive to all our needs no matter how big or small. There was a great array of food choices in the immediate area! Overall I'd recommend this to a friend for a fun "local" stay in Punta Cana!

My spouse and I really enjoyed staying here; Ana was great at communication, making sure that we had everything we needed such as getting around town, excursions, where to eat ect. the rooms were clean and very close to the beach. if you are looking for a quiet getaway then this is definitely the place for you! i highly recommend it!

wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit! das Appartment war in Top Zustand und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden! der Strand ist wie auf den Fotos! wir hatten die Klima nachts auf 24 Grad an und tagsüber nicht und mussten ca. 25 Dollar nachzahlen um ein Gespür zu bekommen :) ana wahr unheimlich nett und hilfsbereit und zeigte uns bereits am ersten Tag empfehlenswer Restaurants und wo wir Geld wechseln können. es gibt viele abwechslungsreiche Restaurants in der nähe es war eine sehr schöne zeit :) danke für alles

This is a great place! I would highly recommend it to any of our friends. The security was second to none, the staff very friendly and helpful. Great location with in walking distance to wonderful restaurants, shops, and places to relax and enjoy yourself. The private beach is great and only a few steps from the apartment. There are so many activities available it would take at least two weeks to experience everything. Thank you very much Hana for making it available for us, we had a wonderful stay!

We stayed here for a 2-week honeymoon and were very happy with our choice. It's a cute apartment right on the beach. Literally 20 paces to get to sand underfoot. The beach is wonderful, and there are free chairs and palapas to put them under. Hana's on-site manager Ana gave us a nice orientation of the area when we arrived and always asked if we had what we needed when she saw us walking around. The apartment comes stocked with enough consumables for 2-3 days (drinking water, shampoo, TP), and after that you'll have to buy more. There are several stores in walking distance, and Bernardo the friendly gardener will replace your 5-gallon water jug for $2. There's a kitchen if you like to cook. Just don't leave any crumbs behind, or a column of Dominican ants will start carrying them away. A note on cash: it's a long walk to the nearest ATM, but most places take credit cards and all take USD. Coming from the States, I would bring a lot of cash including small bills for tips. Don't bother changing it. If you want pesos to get slightly better prices at stores, load up at the airport ATM. Otherwise, you'll have to trek out (or motoconcho) to the mall with the Hard Rock Cafe, which I did twice. Now to the good part--food recommendations! Tronco Beach for Spanish is excellent. Huracan Cafe has good pasta and D'Angelos has good pizza. Joy has great salads and popsicles. Balicana is now closed, and the Italian place that replaced it was not memorable. Nam Nam has great sandwiches. Wacamole has tasty Mexican food. Ask the staff at any of these places for their favorite food and drink, and they will steer you in the right direction. We got most of our groceries from BAM market, though all the minimarkets seemed fine. We went on an excellent excursion through HorsePlay Punta Cana. Strongly recommend this company especially after hearing how lame and expensive other vendors were.

Florisel was perfect for our vacation. It is literally steps away from the beach, and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Hana is also a great host!
