* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.

The apartment and its location are gorgeous. It was very clean everywhere in this area. There were 20 steps from the beach. In 2 mins you can lie under the beautiful sun with a Piña Colada in your hands. By the way You can take a sunbed for free on the way to the beach. We could not speak to a maid there cause we don't know Spanish. But Hanane was replying us very quickly. She gave us a lot of good and useful advice concerning where to go and things to do in Bavaro. We had great time there. I'd highly recommend renting this apartment. And I will next time.

This is our 2nd stay at Apartomentos Florisel and we liked it just as much the 2nd time round! Fantastic location right on the beach and very well equipped! Check in and check out were really smooth and stress free. Thanks for having us!

Mi esposa y yo queríamos escaparnos a un lugar en la playa. El apto. que rentamos era perfecto, a solo unos pasos de la playa. El apto. era muy limpio y acogedor. Hanane, fue muy amable y flexible con nuestros horarios, además de atenta y dispuesta al responder nuestras preguntas. Definitivamente regresaremos.

My friend and I stayed here for about a week and absolutely loved it. Proximity to the ocean and beach was simply fantastic. Out the door to the beach was less than 2 minutes and there were beach chairs right on the way to the beach to grab and get a prime spot under one of the umbrellas. The beach was nicely kept the entire time were there as well even with the national holiday Easter celebration. Sharing a beach with the locals and not confined to a resort was such a good experience. All the other residents and renters in the complex were extremely friendly as well and very social as you crossed paths. Regarding the apartment it was exactly what you need for a vacation to Dominican Republic and Nini was such a great help the entire time we were there. Whatever we needed from directions to grocery stores or more water for the tank was extremely easy to obtain. Inside the place clean and well and kept and the porch had a nice table and two chairs for a eating outside or playing cards at night. I would recommend this place and Hanane to everyone I meet that is considering a trip to Bavaro.

The beach is a two second walk away and beautiful. The condo itself is nice. All the neighbors were nice and accommodating. But the best part of the trip is Nini .. She is very nice and there for anything you need. If there is one reason to go back, its Nini

I had one of my best vacations at this spot. Hanane was great to work with in setting up my reservation. So gracious. The apartment was exactly as the pictures showed… Spacious and clean with a lovely patio that looks over a lovely courtyard. It was wonderful to be able to walk out the door through the courtyard and be on the beach in 30 seconds. The beach is a great combination of beautiful sand, beautiful water, a small bar if you want anything from there. And just as wonderful as the beauty of the spot were the people who work there. Nini, the housekeeper, was absolutely wonderful as all the other reviews say. As were all the other people on the team who work there. I felt completely taken care of and at home. I definitely would go back to this spot for vacation next year. Also, the town is an easy walk and has some good restaurants. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this location for everything I've shared, and for the price it's quite amazing.
