* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

* Apartamentos Florisel is only 7 minutes away by car from the Palma Real Mall and the Cocotal Golf Course.
Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.
* We remind you that you have all the services within a 10 minute walk of the apartment.

The apartment was furnished exactly like the pictures. Great location, right on the beach and walkable to some local shops. I had an enjoyable time and the hosts were very attentive and responded to my questions right away. Air Con will be charged at the end of stay, I spend $10 US for 2 days. Will definitely stay there again if I come back!

The place is exactly how it looks in the pictures. Beach is actually closer then what they described, which is great!!! Safe area and really helpful safe. If you are looking to relax and have a home away from home, this is the place to come. Walking distance to delicious restaurants but our favorite was citrus! Also near by to markets.

Literally a 10 second walk to the beach. The staff are great and make sure no vendors try to harass you on the beach. Apartment is simple and clean. Would recommend to anyone !

Our stay at Florisel was more than amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon. Gricel was very accomodating and quick to respond to all of our questions. When given the chance, we will definitely return.

Perfekt beliggenhet! Noen få skritt fra stranden og med butikker og restauranter i gå avstand. Gricel og resten av staben er veldig hyggelige og serviceinnstilte. Absolutt mye valuta for pengene hos Florisel. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Beautiful location, a thirty second walk to/from the beach. Communication/check-in was flawless. Full kitchen with coffee maker and blender. Balcony was awesome to relax on and/or dine. Be prepared for weekend evening music from local beach scene, either join in on the beach or listen from the balcony. Isla Saona was a nice day trip.

What a gem...Hana’s home was the perfect stay. If you’re looking for a beach hideout, this is the spot. It’s a stones throw from the ocean, and the beach out front has an incredible bar/restaurant that made it perfect for hanging out all day. The little neighborhood it’s situated in is safe, and filled with a dozen local eateries and bars. The apartment itself was comfortable, nothing fancy, but perfect if you’re looking for a crash pad in between being at the beach. Also, Hana was an incredible host- very helpful to set up local taxi arrangements and always prompt in getting back to us.

Los apartamentos son impecables, limpios y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. La ubicación es inmejorable, a metros de una de las mejores playas de la zona. El barrio es muy lindo y hay supermercados y restaurantes a solo unas cuadras. Gricel es una excelente anfitriona!! Permanentemente en contacto con nosotros, muy atenta, nos ayudo mucho e hizo que tengamos una excelente estadía! Sin dudas volveremos!
