* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.

We came here for our honeymoon and it was everything we hoped it would be! We only wore shirts and sandals to the beach once and then realized, it's so close we didn't have to! Very safe and easy to walk to nice restaurants, the market and pharmacy. Ana was very quick to respond to requests, had great recommendations for food and fun and helped set up our taxi rides to wherever we needed. We would definitely come back!!

Loved the location near the beach and restaurants nearby! Our favorite place to eat was JOY, great for breakfast and dinner. We reserved this place for 6 nights for our honeymoon, but only stayed 3 nights. What it came down to is that we just preferred to get pampered at an all-inclusive for the rest of our honeymoon. If you are wanting to experience the Dominican culture and enjoy beautiful beaches l, this place is for you! The actual apartment is not high end, but it is comfortable

Great place directly at the beach. Hana is a perfect host and very responsive. The appartment is well equiped, the beach tidy and quiet. The only thing to critizize: there is an additional charge for electricity (4 Dollar a day in our case, depending on your usage of AC etc.). Everything else was perfect.

The place was awesome, comfortable and clean. I was pleased with the security and easy beach access. Ana recommended a close cafe named Joy. They had a delish breakfast and the best popsicles as recommended. So many close restaurants, grocery stores and adventures make this location more than stellar. Highly recommended!

STOP LOOKING. THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT, NEED, TO BOOK!!!! Ana and Claudia seriously blew us off the water with how attentive and responsive they were during our stay. They were always at reach for whatever you needed and really made the experience there a hundred times better. As far as the place WOW. You are seriously steps from the beach. Imagine the Caribbean Sea being your backyard and that's what you get. Whether you want to lounge by the sea all day or enjoy some excursions this place allows it all. The weather is very hot and the fact that this place offers AC is perfect! I will always see this place as my home away from home and leave with a huge imprint in my heart. Thank you so much!!!!!

Our unit was close to the beach and a lot of great restaurants; we enjoyed walking basically anywhere we could have gone. It is not totally necessary to have pesos, but it might be a good idea to have an equal amount of American dollars and Dominican pesos. The unit is well guarded in the day time and at night with the guards walking the premises frequently to check for mischief. Electricity and fresh water can cost more than expected; for example the unit comes with a fresh five gallon water jug and my wife and I used about 80% of it in a week. We would have had to purchase another if we had used it all. For an electricity example, we watched TV about an hour or so before bed each evening and generally left on a lamp at night; we also used the air conditioning in the evenings for a short time. All of this cost us about $40 extra over the base cost. The bathroom is as to be expected in this country; there is no fan, only an open window, and the water occasionally smells dirty. You absolutely CANNOT drink the water from the faucet so it is a must to use the provided water. All in all, however, we had a wonderful experience. The location, food, and the beach were beautiful. We took an excursion with sea pro which was phenomenal and highly suggest using them to see some of the surrounding islands as well! Ana, the host's helper, was fabulous--she arranged for taxis, and gave us tips on where to eat and where not to eat; all of her tips were fantastic and we couldn't have enjoyed our trip as much if it weren't for her.

This was such a great place on the beach. It was very clean and perfect for what we needed. The location is great with the beach right in front and shops and restaurants at a walking distance. Anna was great assisting us and answering questions. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Right next to the beach. Wearing the sandals was totally unnecessary. Ana (the assistant) is also incredible and super knowledgeable. 11/10 would do it again.
