* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.
* We remind you that you have all the services within a 10 minute walk of the apartment.

This place is wonderful. Right on the beach. The staff and security are amazing. It’s within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, a pharmacy and grocery stores. A great place to stay if you want to feel like a local. Be prepared to take a taxi to some other far out locations like the clubs, manatee park or coco bongo.

Hana's place is a safe, lovely place tucked away in a little courtyard only accessible through security controlled gates. It has everything you require for a quiet couple getaway. The host's mother greeted us on arrival which gave us a chance to practice our very dubious Spanish. But then she put us on the phone to her daughter who went over all the relevant details and visited us next morning to say hello. We were provided a little cot when our grandchild came to stay a couple of nights. Inside superb air conditioning and water cooler. Don't be put off by being charged for electricity. My family had rented 3 Airbnb properties in Los Corales and this one was by far the cheapest cost. There is a very Spanish/Caribbean feel to the place. But the best bit is you have a private entrance straight onto the beach with private sun loungers. From door to beach in 15 secs. A superb beach restaurant next door with amazing shrimp. Some tourists shops, coconut water and grapefriut stands, music and all the boat and water sports within a stones throw. Excellent location. Would highly recommend.

Staying at Hanna's place will definitely be the perfect choice. From the moment I arrived the excellent hospitality began. Was greeted by Gricel with a warmed welcome, the place was sparkling clean. She explained everything in details and made sure I was comfortable. Communication was number one with Gricel. Any questions you have she replied very quickly. Their hospitality was just outstanding. I can assure you to reserved with Hanna's place you wont regret it a bit. Anytime I'm back in Punta Cana this is my first choice. All the amnesties were in close proximity. They also arranged for me to get picked up and dropped off at the airport. Had a good time in Punta Cana. Thank you again for the superb hospitality Hanna and Gricel.

The apartment is super comfortable, very close to the beach, and in a beautiful little area. Waking outside or even just sitting on the patio makes you feel relaxed and happy :) We loved the stay, we felt very welcomed and at ease with the hosts - Gricel and Bernardo are great!! The women who clean are so lovely as well. We tipped Bernardo and the cleaning ladies as they do many extra little jobs and are just overall attentive of the guests. We used the air conditioning a little bit everyday and didn’t have to pay any extra at the end, so that was great. The beach area has the best umbrellas around, although there are many insistent peddlers on the beach trying to sell excursions and stuff from their stores. This shouldn’t reflect at all on the apartment itself - just the area. It’s not entirely negative either being that the vendors come from a market that’s right next door and great if you want to do some shopping!!

Sweet place to stay right on the beach and in a very quaint neighborhood. Clean. Property manager is always available and very helpful in every way. We enjoyed being there.

Very nice place right on the beach. Many restaurants and shops within a short walk. Host was very helpful with all aspects of our stay and set up transportation for us. Only complaint is you will get harassed by locals trying to sell you stuff on the beach. But they leave you alone after the first day or so once they know your not interested. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and high value vacation!
