* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.

The apartment is just like the pictures, perfect place to relax. Super clean and the Wi-Fi connection is great, better than most hotels in Dominican Republic. The host and the people that take care of the place are the greatest asset of this property. The location is also perfect, the beach is clean, the palms offers a great shadow and the gentleman that takes care of the chairs at the beach is always there to help. The small restaurant by the beach is perfect, they always welcome you with the nicest smile and the lounge music is just the touch you need to enjoy your PRESIDENTE. Great stay totally recommended..

Our stay was very pleasant at this listing. The apartment was clean and everything was in great working order. The location is great; right next to the beach. Gricel was a very accommodating host and she was very quick to respond to any questions we had. She was also very helpful in assisting us with transportation needs or day trips/excursions with a reliable outfitter. The apartment is also within walking distance to some nice restaurants. I would recommend this listing and would definitely stay here again in the future.

This was our first experience with AirBNB and our first visit to Dominican Republic and we were not disappointed! We did not want the 'all-inclusive resort" experience. We desired small, beach and local. A smaller lovely apartment complex on the beach! From our building, a 20 second walk around the corner of another and you are at the water. Lounges and tiki umbrellas available for guests under the watch of a security guard. The one bedroom unit we rented was sparkling clean and homey, with a nice little terrace to enjoy morning coffee. Decorated in a beach style: queen bed, plenty of closet space and nice size bathroom with walk-in shower. 5 gallon dispenser of drinking water, dishes for four, coffee maker, blender, toaster and essential cooking tools. We made coffee and used the microwave a few times. Other than that, we ate at local restaurants. Several along the beach and several within a 10 minute walk. Hana's on-site agent, Gricel is excellent! She helped us arrange transportation to the apartment and also to/from a wedding we attended close to Santo Domingo. Any question was responded to within 1 hr (usually less). Five star! There are ceiling fans and air-conditioning which can be run independently in the lounge/kitchen area OR the bedroom. You should know that electricity in Dominican Republic is VERY expensive. Upon arrival Hana or Gricel will take a photo of the meter and then again at check-out and you may pay extra for electrical consumption. We thought we were being somewhat frugal, using the air here than there for short spells and still ended up paying an extra $9US which was not really a big deal. Just be mindful. Do not hesitate to stay with Hana!

Hana’s place is the perfect base for exploring Punta Cana. You are only 10 seconds from the beach and it is super nice with great restaurants & bars nearby. Hana & Gricel were so quick to respond and answer any questions I had and check in was a breeze. All the locals in the area are super friendly and I would definitely stay again. Just one thing to note, if you are interested in doing the main Island tours (Saona & Catalina), Hana’s place is about 1.25 hour bus ride from there. Overall great service, location, hospitality & I would love to stay with Hana again.

L'appartement est super confortable , agréable et vraiment bien situé par rapport à la plage . Malheureusement des algues viennent s'échouer dans le secteur et par moment il y en a beaucoup mais il y a d'autres belles plages à "visiter" . Gricel qui est la correspondante sur place est vraiment à nos petits soins.

Fabuleux séjour à Los Corales. Cet appartement est très fonctionnel très propre et repond à toutes les attentes. Place idéalement à proximité immédiate de la plage et très peu éloigné de la ville la description faite dans l'annonce est totalement calquée sur la réalité c'est l'endroit où passe ses vacances en republique dominicaine sans hésitation.
