* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment! First, Ana was an amazing host - she was always available via text and helped us with everything we needed from arranging taxis to what to eat/drink in the area. She made our stay wonderful and she's so sweet and spunky! The apartment is equipped with everything you need, has plenty of hot water, and great air conditioning. The best part is how close it is to the beach - not even a 20 second walk!! Our stay in this apartment was everything we wanted and more.

Location, Location, Location... 15 second walk to the beach and an 5-6 minute walk to town. What a spot! Apartment was clean and exactly how it looked on line. The entire staff was more than helpful and accommodating. Ana was great, I communicated with her via the airbnb messaging tool on the app and she answered with in minutes. Had a small issue with the air conditioner, Ana had a technician there the very next day, problem resolved. The beach was clean and safe. The walk to town was pleasant, I ALWAYS felt safe while walking to/from town and while there. The town had plenty of great restaurants to chose from (we ate at Don Pio twice and once did take out for lunch, loved it.) three supermarkets, fresh fruit markets and a well stocked pharmacy. We have been to DR several times and have always stayed at a resort because of the activities for our kids. This trip was just my wife and I celebrating our 25th anniversary and we had the time of our life. Its perfect if you like to just relax and sit on the beach (and eat) with out the constant hoopla from the resorts. I highly recommend this place and we hope to be back. Thank you

I had the best time staying in C101. The location was perfect with regards to location for the beach, restaurants, stores, etc. When we needed something, Ana and Bernardo were always close by, and when not, they always arrived after messaging them. The restaurant choices were fantastic too. I highly recommend staying here, and I anticipate staying here again in the future. **Please do not believe the other reviews regarding the location being unsafe, as we walked all over the little area for 5 days and it was always 100% safe**.

This is a great, safe, tranquil location that is right next to the beach. The beach umbrellas are perfect and a quiet location. The staff are excellent and Hana is always quick to respond. The bed was very comfortable and the breeze at night is the best. Thanks so much Hana.

Hana's place was easy, affordable and a 30 second walk to the beach. Check-in and check-out were both seamless and Nuria was as helpful as can be. I would absolutely recommend staying at Hana's place if ever visiting the Dominican Republic.

The private beach is beautiful, and we loved eating at Wuacamole and Kat's Corner. Hana is an excellent host, and the condo was convenient and comfortable for our stay.

We had a great time at Hana's place. The host met us and gave us a tour of the place; everything was well explained. The apartment itself is nice and well equipped with bath and beach towels. The walk to the beach is short and the beach itself was lovely. The bed was comfortable albeit a bit noisy when rolling over. The water out of the kitchen sink smelled terrible but the water in the bathroom was fine. Drinking water is provided. The only real complaint is that the wifi barely worked - I gave up and used my data plan instead. It wasn't a huge deal since we didn't come to the beach to stay connected to the world, however, it could be a dealbreaker for some.

El lugar es bastante agradable, muy tranquilo para disfrutar de un descanso placentero. Las atenciones que recibimos por parte de la encargada fueron excelentes. Esta muy bien ubicado, ya que tienes todo muy cerca. Algo importante cuenta con acceso a la playa. Con gusto volveriamos a hospedarnos en este lugar.
