* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.

Overall we had a great stay at this location. The apartment was very cute and steps away from the beach. The apartment's location is very central so it was easy to find plenty of food and drink options. Also, Juanita was fantastic and always available for any questions or concerns.

This place was fantastic. The apartment is just as it is described, the staff is outstanding. Whenever we needed any thing they never hesitated to help out. It was a nice replacement to staying in a resort. The beach was absolutely gorgeous! We will be staying here again in the future and would recommend it to everyone.

Hana's apartment was great! Awesome location right on the beach, im a DJ so it i liked the fact that the apartment was next to a Soles chill out bar. Great service, Juanita was very helpful, would definitely recommend!

Hanane and her team (Juanita) at the Florisel Apartments made everything SO easy. They scheduled a cab from and to the airport, welcomed us to the apartment and showed us the ropes, and were in easy contact via (Hidden by Airbnb) . They even provided tips on local spots and gave us a contact to set up some scuba diving. The place itself was great. It was, literally, a stone's throw from the beach and within walking distance of several markets and restaurants (most of them a little touristy, but fine; the Buenos Aires Market accepted credit cards). Couldn't have imagined a better location for the price. It was next to a little beachfront restaurant/bar which played music until pretty late, but we didn't find it a problem. A water dispenser was provided, as the tap water is not fit for drinking. A fridge, range, and basic kitchenware and appliances were provided (plates, silverware, blender, toaster, coffee maker). The apartment was clean and tidy, and the bed was firm, but comfortable. The place was notably devoid of any bugs or other pests. (There was a momma cat and a litter of four kittens under the bushes next door though, which was actually super cute.) There were air conditioners both in the bedroom and in the main part of the apartment. There was access to a washing machine for laundry upstairs and a drying rack in the apartment. Towels and some toiletries were provided, too. We were able to pay for the electricity as an added charge in AirBnB, which was good, because we didn't want to make the trek to get to an ATM again and pull out more cash. We paid about PD$970 (~USD$20) for the electricity used for our Saturday-to-Wednesday stay.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. They responded quickly when we had issues with a broken coffee pot. We enjoyed being able to walk easily to the beach and restaurants in the area. You may want to know that the only public beach bar is right next to the apartments there is loud music playing at night until midnight. We liked using the beach at dawn when it was peaceful. There was an issue with the water being turned off for about 8 hours unexpectedly. We requested our host to excuse us our electricity bill ($20) in light of not having had running water for a day. They insisted on giving only a $10 refund instead which we thought was odd since we weren't asking for much in the first place. The over all experience was positive despite a few issues.

Thank You very nice place , Quiet and very relaxing the condo was very clean and everyone was friendy there , walking to all you wound need restaurants bar grocery stores . Cheers
