* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.

Hana’s place was amazing. 30 second walk to the beach! The place is very clean and well maintained l. Anything you need can be asked for. The location is in a safe area and never felt in danger. Very close to local shops, restaurants and markets! Would definitely re book given the chance

This listing is perfectly located steps from the beach, five minutes from restaurants and short Taxi ride to resorts if here on business for meetings. It is quiet and lovely and Hana and Gricel are very helpful.

We loved staying at Hana’s place for our 1-week honeymoon. The location is absolutely amazing with so many restaurants and other sights within walking distance. We walked everywhere! So close to a gorgeous beach with a low number of tourists. Hana’s manager responded to all our questions to quickly and was incredibly kind and helpful. She even arranged for us to get a taxi from and to the airport. We would totally stay here again! Thanks for the wonderful experience, Hana!

The apartment was great!! The fact that the beach was literally in the backyard was amazing! It looks just like the pictures. Gircel and Hana responded within 3-5mins of all of my questions. It literally felt like we were at a hotel because we got clean towels, beach towels, toiletries etc. The best part was that the apartment was super clean!!!

Our stay was absolutely EXCELLENT! Literally steps away from the beach! It's like having the beach directly in your backyard. There were plenty of places to eat & shop right by the apt. It was nice to be able to set up transportation to & from the airport. We were also able to stop by a grocery store called Jumbo on our way to the apt, seeing as though we were planning to cook mostly while we were in Punta. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one would need to cook a meal. We mostly used the fan & lamps at night and did NOT incur an extra charge for utilities. Definitely look forward to going back again.

Wir waren super happy mit der der Unterkunft von Hanna. Die Anlage wird von einem Sicherheitsmann bewacht und ist absolut sicher. Fussläufig in ca 10 min ist ein Minimarket, eine Apotheke, Geldwechselstube und ein Restaurant. In nur 5 min Entfernung ist ein super Frühstücksspot. Von der Unterkunft aus hat man einen direkten Zugang zum Beach und gleich nebenan ist auch ein Beach Restaurant. Der Strand ist sauber, weitläufig und nicht zu überfüllt. Außerdem gibt es Liegen und Schirme die zur Ablage gehören. Gricel ist super hilfsbereit und unterstützt auch gerne bei Tipps. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und auch gut ausgestattet, sodass man sich hier auch selber verpflegen könnte. Das WLAN war ebenfalls sehr stabil. Alleinig nochmal der Hinweis das man den verbrauchten Strom nochmal am Ende extra zahlen muss. Bei uns war dies jedoch ein sehr kleiner Betrag.

Great place to stay and right on the beach. Plenty of restaurants in the area within walking distance.Gricel is a great host and will be a phone call or text away. Quick response and will help you with anything you need. Did an excursion to Isla Saona through one of her partners and was picked up right in front of hotel.

Nos alojamos una semana en abril, llegamos con el vuelo retrasado y allí estaba Gricel esperándonos a las 11 PM. El apartamento tal cual lo que se ve en las fotos, muy cálido,con todo lo necesario. Lo lindo fue salir a la mañana siguiente y caminar unos pasos y ver lo hermosa que es la playa ! Con reposeras , atendidos por Bernardo muy atento y simpático. De costado hay un bar/ restaurante,y también tiendas para comprar regalos, la playa es muy tranquila, el mar hermoso Saliendo del complejo , se camina unas cuadras ( el primer día me dió como miedo, pero nada que ver, es muy tranquilo y seguro, sólo un poco oscuro y en un par de cuadras hay unos cuantos lugares para cenar y tomar algo, la gente es muy amable, nos gustó cenar en Citrus, Wacamole y en Tronco Beach. También por ahí hay farmacias y supermercados. Una mención especial para Gricel, ella está todo el día allí por cualquier necesidad, es muy cálida! Recomiendo el lugar definitivamente y volveríamos por supuesto!
