It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. We definitely enjoyed our stay at Vasiliy home. The neighborhood was very quiet and private. We would definitely stay here again. Vasiliy checked up on us every day and was very responsive when we needed anything and responded in a timely manner. I do recommend this home to anyone that is looking for a quiet place to stay. The home was very clean on arrival as well. Very beautiful place !

The view and accessibility of the apartment are wonderful. You are right on the beach and have amazing views of the ocean. The hosts were very responsive and prompt with any questions we had. Even when there was a situation that was outside of the control of the hosts they were quick to get maintenance on it. It is worth noting that the beach bar next door is very good and accommodating but they do play music very late into the night occasionally. Also, in the listing it mentioned beautiful views of sunsets but this is an east facing rental so you are able to see amazing sunrises but the sun actually sets on the other side of the island. It is about an hour drive to get to the south side if you do want to catch sunset. Overall, positive experience and if you want to be able to walk out to the beach directly from your building, this is it!

Vasiliy was a great host. Before we arrived he mentioned that the photos might look a bit better than the actual place because they were taken by a professional, but in my experience the apartment looked almost exactly the same. The room was comfortable, the spaces were very nice, and the view was absolutely fantastic.
We were also very grateful for how quickly Vasiliy responded when we ran into a difficult situation outside. His immediate help allowed us to avoid what could have been a very stressful situation, and we truly appreciated that support.
The area can sometimes be a bit windy and therefore a little noisy, and there seems to be a rather sensitive neighbor nearby, so it’s good to keep that in mind.
Overall, we had a very good stay and are thankful for Vasiliy’s help and hospitality.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour (7 nuits) à cet endroit.
Nadia était proactive et bien organisée en répondant rapidement et efficacement même plusieurs mois avant le départ. Nous avons pris le transport à bon prix proposé par l'hôte.
Sur place la communication était bien mais manquait parfois d'efficacité ce qui entrainait certain délai/confusion mais rien de majeur.(hôte gère à distance avec d'autres intermédiaires sur le terrain).
Sinon la villa en générale est plutôt bien, très grand évidement, propre aussi. Par contre je pense qu'un peu de petits rafraichissements de certaines sections (cuisine/certaines chambres/salle de bain) pourrait être bienvenue!
Très pratique car juste à côté de la plage (2min à pieds!) et proche aussi de plusieurs magasins/restaurants.
Je recommande pour les très grands groupes (beaucoup d'espace/chambres/salles de bain) malgré une cuisine un peu petite et limitée avec beaucoup de gens!
