It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. The place is amazing; it is exactly as described. Being so close to the beach is a huge plus. I’ve read comments complaining about the stairs, but the building has a small elevator so you can take turns going up, and the view is amazing. Vasilys and her team were very helpful and responsive. Even when we requested some extra services, everything went well. There were a few minor issues, but nothing they couldn't help us with. Thank you again, I hope to come back!

What a GREAT place! Looked exactly like the photos and was right on the beach! The views were amazing! Very clean. The host and Natalia were super communicative! I will definitely come back again and again to this same location. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation destination. Couldn't have been happier! Only thing that would've been better is to be clear what pool to use - it isn't far and it's cute - out behind Enjoy Restaurant. Also, to show guests where the safes are in the rental would be good! Everything else was perfect! The pizza at the bar was really good too!

The villa was in a beautiful location on the beach. The views were amazing. The only criticism is the roads need to be paved. Vasiliy was responsive and polite.

This is our fourth stay in the Oreuga building at Los Corales and will definitely will not be our last. The apartment has superb views of the beach, & as usual the apartment is very comfortable and secure. It has all the amenities that anyone can desire and for me the modern decor of the unit and the attention to detail of the apartment are very important. There are other units in the area with a similar location, but they feel depressing, cheap and dreary with old furniture and dated decoration and linens. This apartment is elegantly decorated with hotel quality linens and towels, & I enjoyed having multiple TV's, especially in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and cooking utensils.
This year there is a big improvement to the parking situation, with the host providing a parking space and a fob to open the gate, which is a big help. Can’t find a negative thing to say about the apartment /host. FYI - treat the unit as you would your home.
