It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. This Airbnb was beautiful. More beautiful than the pictures. The pictures don’t even do the view from the balcony’s justice. 3 balcony’s with perfect ocean views. The place was very nice inside as well. The service was amazing. It is a lot of stairs to get up to the unit but that did not bother us as we are young and active. The beach is also private, with nice little tikis to sit under for some shade. Francis was extremely helpful and tended to us whenever we were using the beach area. It’s extremely easy to walk to restaurants in the area and there is a very good variety of options. We really enjoyed the restaurant citrus. The food was phenomenal. Terra negra was also a really great Mexican spot for a fun vibe. Next to the Airbnb is a little tiny restaurant on the right side of the building when you are looking at the beach, the food is delicious, and convient with it being right by our tikis. Ask for brooklyn if you try it. He is amazing and makes you feel so welcomed.

Excelente lugar, mejor que las fotos sinceramente, y el Host estuvo pendiente de cada detalle, el lugar esta super super bien ubicado, con playa delimitada para el complejo (las playas aledañas eran de hoteles y estaban mas llenas de gente)... el complejo tiene 3 piscinas grandes y la principal es sin-fin justo frente a la arena... el apto excelente, mis hijos y mi esposa disfrutaron, yo tambien, regresare en un futuro espero no tan lejano

We had an amazing time at the waterfall villa! The villa is gorgeous and well worth the price. It has a very tropical feel and the rooms got nice and cool. Vasiliy and his team were very responsive. Our maid Sobieda was very helpful and super nice. She definitely made it feel homier. The location is great, very close to everything. Highly recommend booking excursions through the Vasiliy as well. Our private trip to Saona Island was one of the highlights of the trip!

This place is worth what it is listed for, there were some issues like the fridge and to be fixed twice while we were there. the soap dispensers in the bathrooms were empty. A couple drawers on the cupboard needed repair. We were hosted by Nomar and he did a great job responding to the fridge situation. The house itself was cozy. 5 of us stayed there and it didn't feel cluttered. Make sure you are renting a vehicle if you stay here, it is close to town but it is the cheaper and better option to rent so you can move when you want.
