It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. Lots of space for larger groups. Host is super responsive and troubleshoots any issues had during the stay. Would definitely recommend this house. Pool is amazing!

The house was beautiful. Pictures are 100% accurate. We had the best maid in the world . Kept the house clean and we always had fresh towels . Any questions you have the host is always available. They really make you feel like you’re at home. Can’t wait to go back

We had a great stay. They didn’t let just anyone past the front gates to get onto the resorts so we felt very safe. The place looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was very clean. The housekeeper made sure to keep it that way each day. The chef, Daniel, was absolutely perfect! He had the best communication and everything he made was delicious. The only downside was the hot water went out pretty often, but the host acted on it immediately upon informing her. She responded very quickly throughout the trip and was very helpful. I will recommend this place to anyone that plans to visit the DR. Thank you again!

Amazing stay from start to finish. The home is beautiful, spotless, and located right on the golf course in a secure gated community, with access to 27 holes at Cocotal Golf Course—a huge highlight.
The host Vasily exceptional: very responsive and incredibly helpful with recommendations for restaurants and activities, making planning effortless.
What truly set this stay apart was the house staff. They were outstanding and quickly felt like family. Having someone who naturally stepped in and became an amazing babysitter was invaluable and allowed everyone to relax. The chef was phenomenal—every meal was delicious and restaurant-quality.
We also booked golf carts which helped us go to the corner store to pick up small groceries and get to and from the golf course.
Luxury, comfort, and hospitality all in one place. We would absolutely stay here again.
