My friends recommended me this company for my vacation in Punta Cana, and I am grateful for this, as their managers helped me to plan everything from the transfer to the villa I rented through them to the private excursions and massages. It was a great vacation! We loved the ocean view from the balcony, and it was hard to say goodbye to it. We will definitely miss it! The staff was so helpful and gave us so many nice recommendations, I guess without them we wouldn't be able to explore Punta Cana so well.... Show all ↓

Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Volvería a alquilarlo.
No recomendamos las excursiones externas, son caras y muy desorganizadas. Es mejor coordinar de forma individual o con otro proveedor. Fuimos a Isla Saona y la experiencia no fue la mejor.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home to others! The location was excellent, and having security at the gate made us feel very safe throughout our stay.
The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had plenty of room for everyone, the Wi-Fi worked great, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the house nice and cold, which was especially appreciated after spending time outside. The pool was also warm and enjoyable.
One thing to note is that the shower water occasionally got cold, but when the hot water was available, it heated up very well.
What truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding service. The maid kept the home spotless, was incredibly attentive, and even helped with all of our laundry, which we greatly appreciated. The host was also very responsive, friendly, and quick to answer any questions we had. Their attentiveness and hospitality made us feel welcomed from start to finish.

Pre check in was smooth and no issues but the address on the booking was incorrect and showed the apartment by the airport. I had an event 5 mins from the airport and thought this would be very convenient. Unfortunately, the apartment was 35-40 minutes away in the opposite direction which I wasn’t happy about. This wasn’t communicated to me and when we tried to find the location, the pin was in a roundabout. This was upsetting and extremely inconvenient for me. Everything else was great, I paid for something I thought would be convenient for the location I wanted, but that didn’t work out. Hopefully, this can be resolved for the next guest.

After coming to the Dominican Republic for almost 20 years this villa has been hands down one of the best villas i've stayed in. I stayed for a little over a week and the villa has everything you could need. The maid is wonderful. Golf course is beautiful. pool is enjoyable. the work space is amazing even if you have to take a few work calls or study.
