My friends recommended me this company for my vacation in Punta Cana, and I am grateful for this, as their managers helped me to plan everything from the transfer to the villa I rented through them to the private excursions and massages. It was a great vacation! We loved the ocean view from the balcony, and it was hard to say goodbye to it. We will definitely miss it! The staff was so helpful and gave us so many nice recommendations, I guess without them we wouldn't be able to explore Punta Cana so well.... Show all ↓

Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb!! From before arriving and the moment we arrived, everything was so smooth, from the check in process to the beautifully set up of our Airbnb. Our host Vasiliy and our friendly greeter Natalie were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed prior and throughout our stay.
The space was comfortable, stylish, and equipped with every little detail that made it feel like home. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and worry-free stay.

My family and I stayed at this penthouse for one night (Sunday to Monday). The property has so much potential with a beautiful layout and truly fantastic views, but unfortunately our experience fell short due to several details.
There is a small location next door that plays extremely loud techno music until about 1 a.m. Even with all the windows and doors closed, the noise was very noticeable and made it hard to sleep.
As for the penthouse itself, a few things need attention.
• In the master bedroom, the TV and the AC were not working.
• The master bedroom also needed two to three more curtain panels as the few it had wasn’t enough , so the sunlight came in full force around 7 a.m.
• The bedroom door wouldn’t lock, which affected our privacy.
On the positive side, the other three bedrooms had great AC, and the rooftop bed and views were beautiful. Communication with the host was quick, and they seem like genuinely nice people. I truly believe this property was once well cared for a

The pictures don't do it justice. As soon as you walk in there is a huge and beautiful sense of arrival. The blue curtains and an ocean breeze with the windows open is worth every penny. ive stayed in airbnbs all over the world but, the view from the master is one of my favorite. Vasiliy and the team took care of every request, and made my birthday and girls trip perfect. Thank you♡

The villa was the perfect stay for my family of 15. We enjoyed the stay and there were restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The beach was literally a couple minutes from the villa. The personal representative that assisted me with the stay was professional, personable and on point. I thank her for making our vacation seamless.
