The space
Beautiful private villa, located in the heart of Cocotal Golf Course, the perfect Punta Cana getaway for groups or families. The house offers all the comforts of being at home. The villa is a 5-minute drive to the beach, restaurants and dining, nightlife, and family-friendly activities; the gated community is right in front of shopping centers and supermarkets.
The living room is large and spacious
There are TVs in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, and central air conditioning is in each of 4 bedrooms. There are en-suite bathrooms, plus a small guest toilet in the living room, large walking closets in the bedrooms, a large, very private backyard with golf and pool view, private pool, gazebo, inside and outside dining area as well as indoor and outdoor kitchen.

Guests have access to the entire house. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included, and cleaning after checkout is free.

The villa has 4 bedrooms with 6 beds for 10 people: 2 king-size beds, 2 queen-size beds, and 2 single beds the living room.

Guest access
The villa is nestled within a private, gated resort community. For security purposes, all guests staying at the villa must be registered with Cocotal Golf & Country Club prior to arrival.
You’re welcome to have visitors during your stay! However, anyone who isn’t staying overnight needs to register with the resort by showing a valid ID. There’s a fee for registering visitors, and the resort has the right to deny access to anyone if necessary.
To finalize your booking, you’ll need to sign a separate rental agreement that outlines the house rules. Just a heads up that there are security cameras by the front door (including a doorbell camera) and on the back patio, but these will be disabled for your privacy during your stay.

- Guest Registration: All guests staying at the villa, including those in your party, must be pre-registered with Cocotal Golf & Country Club before arrival. This applies to both primary renters and any additional guests.
- Outside Guests: Visitors are welcome; however, all outside guests must register with the resort upon arrival and present a valid form of identification. An additional fee will be applied for registration. The resort reserves the right to deny access to outside guests.
- Security Cameras: The villa has security cameras installed. They can be disabled during your stay to ensure your privacy.

Todo a la perfección, ubicacion en un complejo privado, con mucha seguridad, limpieza de primera, Dilcia la que limpia es encantadora. La casa en perfecta condiciones puede pasarte el dia caminando deszcalzo y siempre estara limpia. La pileta un poco fria por la temporada, un kiosco precioso doble cocina . Es espectacular mucho mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos. Justo atras un campo de golf! Es unico super recomendable .

This place was great. I went to Punta Cana with 7 other friends for a week over New Year's. We selected this house for it's location, and pictures. The back area with pool and cooking area was super useful place to cook and have an out door party with a group of friends. The property was big and allowed for us not to feel cramped. The on site house maid was super sweet and stayed out of our way. She cleaned up our rooms and provided us with a clean building to stay in. We loved the property and hope to be back sometime.

The house was beautiful, very comfortable, well equipped and has a lot of space, I understand that there are some areas that can be used for inflatable mattresses and can be rented for more people. An excellent service from both Binca and the service staff.

This place was amazing, we spent most of our time outside on the amazing patio. We totally loved hanging out and the helper was such an amazing lady. She took care of us every step of the way. Thank you very much guys, keep up the good work!
