Beautiful private villa, located in the heart of Cocotal Golf Course, the perfect Punta Cana getaway for groups or families. It has 4 bedrooms. The villa 5 minutes driving to the beach, restaurants and dining, nightlife, family-friendly activities, the gated community is right in front of Palma Real shopping center and supermarket.
The space
The house offers all the comforts of being at home. TVs are in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, central air conditioning in each bedroom. In-suite bathrooms, plus there is a small guest toilet in the living room, large walking closets in the bedrooms, large very private backyard with golf and pool view, private pool, gazebo, inside and outside dining area as well as indoors and outdoors kitchen. Guests would have access to the entire house. Wifi and TV cable included, cleaning after check out at no cost.

Neighborhood
Cocotal is settled in what once was a coconut plantation. Cocotal has two courses (18+9) and was designed by renowned architect Jose “Pepe” Gancedo, a six time Spanish champion. It is now a quiet gated community with excellent security, great golf views, close to the best beaches and Punta Cana’s nightlife. The house is suitable for private celebrations and gatherings.

Our stay at the Villa was amazing! Binca was a great host and an absolute pleasure to work with. She was beyond helpful prior to our arrival, as well as during our stay. Her organization, attention to detail and willingness to help really made our stay worthwhile and comfortable. In addition to Binca, her staff were a huge addition. Housekeeping kept the home clean and the chef did a great job feeding our appetites each day. All that being said, I would recommend this Airbnb for your stay.

This house was even better than my family and friends could have imagined!! Beautiful home and we would definitely come again. This house is worth every penny!! Very secure neighborhood, phenomenal housekeeping services and the chef was beyond amazing. We could not have asked for a better location for a vacation after this past year of chaos.

Great location, excellent host and property. We stayed at the villa for 10 days place is very clean and quite comfortable. Housekeeper was really helpful and was able to attend to our needs. The property is an enclosed, gated and secure community. Would highly recommend.

The place was accommodating and nice during the time we were there. They are very stern about the noise policy and will charge a fee if you make noise past a certain time. I understand it's part of the residence policy, however it's still frustrating as no one wants that during a weekend getaway. We also asked for towels and never received them. Lastly, the electric stove is EXTREMELY slow to cook. It took us two hours to make breakfast on it. Overall stay was decent, pool and jacuzzi are nice (jacuzzi has no heat just a heads up).

Great place, very spacious! Went to celebrate a birthday and we all had an amazing time! The staff were great. Lali the cleaning lady was very nice and helpful. And the chef franis was amazing as always! He never disappoints! I would definitely book again!
