Private Villa for Rent at Cocotal Golf Course – Near Palma Real Shopping Center, Electricity Included

Beautiful well kept home!!! Amazing staff and Binca responds very quickly for any and all requests. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The place looked just like photos! It was very peaceful, and the housekeeper cleaned everyday. We bought food and she even cooked for us 2 nights we were there. I advise buying water when you first get there though because the fridge is empty. Other than that, it surpassed my expectations.

The house is AWESOME, it was definitely what I expected and the hospitality was great in it! The only problem I’d say I have is that you cannot play loud music at all , even when is a bit low security will still come and knock to lower it , or as it happened to us , somehow the security guard came in to the pool area without us even knowing and was just standing there until we noticed him and to tell us we needed to lower the music but aside from not being able to play loud music , everything else was great.

Truly a really awesome experience! I wouldn’t give it 5star if it wasn’t . I’ve been using Airbnb for years this was a memorable experience. Thanks for helping us as much as you did! Greatly appreciated. This spot is dope

The pictures do not do this place any justice. It is a beautiful home. The house was sparkling clean and the house maid was very sweet and attentive. She made sure the house was cleaned daily, washed used dishes and helped us with anything needed. Our trip was amazing and I couldn’t have chosen a better home to host me and my 5 girlfriends for our 5 days in Punta Cana. A few minor details to note: The wifi works perfectly on the main level however gets poor connection connection in the master bedroom upstairs. The jacuzzi has jets but no heater. So the jacuzzi is cold. The fridge is completely bare, I wish their was at least bottle water for when arrived. However there is a supermarket about 15 mins away. But all in all the house is gorgeous and Binca was very pleasant host who answered all of my questions. The house made was sweet and always available. Mama Mia was the perfect place for us!

Five friends and I stayed in the beautiful Villa Mama Mia for 3 days while celebrating my friends 27th birthday. We had an absolutely fantastic time. The house was very large and had 4 bedrooms and 5 baths. The house was very clean, open, well furnished, and had lots of different entertaining areas. Throughout the day we would travel from the pool to the outdoor bar, table, and day bed, eventually moving on to one of the two living rooms, dining room, and outdoor balcony in the evening. The pool was clean and very refreshing and received a decent amount of sun and shade. The Jacuzzi however was not heated which was a little disappointing. The live in maid was wonderful. She was so helpful and helped us with lighting the grill and outdoor gas stove. She also helped us with the indoor stove which I still am not sure how to operate. She kept everything very organized and clean. She was very kind and really made our trip comfortable and inviting. Binca was a great host and was quick to respond to my many last minute requests without any issues. Overall our experience was great. Between Binca and the maid we would be very glad to return to Villa Mama Mia again.

The house was stylish and well-equipped, the housekeeper was above-and-beyond helpful, and the location was beautiful. The building really lives up to the photos. The host was very fast to respond to all questions. When we had some minor problems, they were quickly resolved. One thing to keep in mind in staying here is that transportation can be a bit tricky—the gated community is large and tightly access controlled—so it might help to book transportation well in advance, to avoid delays. But apart from that, we had a relaxing, enjoyable time.

Very spacious good for 3 adults the 4th room has two single beds. Great neighbourhood very safe and secure. Live in staff was great did our laundry and kept the space clean. Totally free to enjoy your vacation she keeps to herself. Amazing backyard the pictures don’t do it justice.
