* Once you arrive to the apartment, Gricel will give you the keys and will show you the apartment.
Other things to note
* The electricity is included up to US$4 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.

My fiancé and I had a great time in Punta Cana. Our host was great and the apartment was also great. It had a beautiful view of the ocean and was literally a few steps away. For those trying to avoid the tourist hotel life this is your go to option.

This place is amazing! It has a beautiful view of the beach and a great patio to sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous landscape around you. It’s exactly as described. Everyone was super kind and helpful. Gricel will answer any of your questions and is always available. There is hot water and WiFi, but it is a little weaker in some rooms. The beach was beautiful and not crowded (we went in late July). There is a restaurant on the beach, Soles, which serves food and drinks all day. It’s a bit more pricey than some of the other local restaurants. I recommend Joy and Wacamole (like a 4 min walk). It’s really helpful to have cash on you, especially if you want to do any excursions or water sports. The nearest atm is about a mile away, so it’s a great idea to bring cash. You’ll have free access to beach umbrellas, chairs, and towels. We didn’t get charged for electricity because we only used the lights and ac while we were home. Also, if you’re an animal person - there are cute dogs on the beach and adorable kittens on the property. If you don’t like animals, don’t worry - they don’t bother you unless you seek out their attention. 10/10 experience! I would definitely go back!

What an awesome little place this is! Our apartment was literally steps away from a private beach AND a beach view from our little terrace and one of the bedrooms! It was clean and ready when we arrived, with plenty of towels for everyone plus great amenities like toilet paper, bath gel, shampoo, lotion, coffee, sugar, salt, and a water cooler :-) I was there with two of my three kids, ages 5 and 7, and this was a great help! Our host Gricel was so friendly and respectful and responded quickly to any request or questions. The staff there is super nice, especially Bernando, the gentleman that assists at the beach with the private beach chairs. He was so sweet to my kids and just an overall positive person. It was awesome having our own palapa to lounge under after a nice swim! The night security was very nice, especially one gentleman who helped me get a taxi one night when my son came down with a fever. He assisted me very quickly and in such a friendly manner, thank you! My kids also enjoyed speaking with the ladies who came around to change our towels :-) They were very sweet. Overall we just had a great vacation and will surely come back again, thank you!!

Steps away from the beach, walkable to many restaurants, helpful owner, added bonus- the manager Grisel. Grisel is knowledgeable and helpful and offered to drive us places. The balcony is amaxing...the cross ventilation was a delight. Beaches were safe. We walked every am and pm. Music and water activities are right next door. You will love this place!

The hostess is wonderful and very attentive. They have gone the extra mile to ensure that you have a positive experience. The establishment is clean and comfortable. If there’s anything you need, all you have to do is call.

Buen lugar, hay varios restaurantes, bares, farmacias cerca. Gricel nos ayudo con todo (informacion, tours, transporte). Si van tienen que ir a capitan cook buen restaurantes bien delicioso.

What I liked most was the beach, it is so beautiful and the best part is that it is in front of the apartment.
