* The electricity is included up to US$4 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.
* We remind you that you have all the services within a 10 minute walk of the apartment.

Hana & Gricel are great hosts! They went above & beyond to make my stay comfortable. The apartment is right on the beach! It’s clean & up to date. Plenty of restaurants & bars in walking distance. You can’t go wrong with this place.

If you want convenience, but aren’t into big, loud resorts, I highly recommend Hana’s place. It’s charming and quiet, and convenient to small, quaint restaurants right on the beach. Except for my excursions to Macao Beach, I pretty much stayed on the beach and found everything I needed there. Hana was always quick to respond to questions and requests to arrange transportation. Perfect stay for me.

la verdad que la experiencia fue inmejorable. tardamos mucho en decidir el alojamiento en PC y creo que no podríamos haber elegido mejor. el departamento impecable, súper funcional y cómodo. el complejo muy lindo y tranquilo, con restaurantes en el mismo complejo sin necesidad de salir. la zona de Los Corales, ideal. Cerca de todo. la playa, a pasos nomás.estuvimos descalzos toda la estadía! las tumbonas siempre disponibles y una zona muy tranquila. tuvimos un cambio de fecha por un problema con el avión y enseguida pudimos reacomodar la estadía con la mejor disposición. hana súper atenta y Grisel quien nos recibió disponible todo el tiempo. luego nos fuimos unos días a un all inclusive y extrañamos la paz de Floricel. para tener buenas tumbonas había que dejar las toallas en la playa 7 AM en el hotel... la verdad es que este lugar es un paraíso y lo recomiendo 100 por ciento. no veo la hora de volver!

Beautiful house, very clean and stylish. Literally a 30 second walk to one of the nicest beaches in the Caribbean. Hana was always available when we had questions or concerns. Gated community, always felt safe, plenty of Security. Looking Forward to staying there again in the near future.

We had an amazing stay at Hana's and she was a super host and property manager Gricel was always on hand for any needed aspects or information in minutes. The property is in a great location and is actual steps to the sand. Relaxation starts minutes after you arrive or there are also Plenty of activities around if that's what you are looking for!. There is a small Bar/Restaurant Cafe Sole right next door which was convenient and enjoyable. Will be back to Florisel again and again! Thanks for All!!! Daragh Mc!

Hôte très réactive aux demandes! Hébergement propre, matériel à disposition suffisant (lave linge, équipement cuisine, air co...) et à quelques mètres de la plage, du centre (restaurants, petits supermarchés, bureau de change, axe de circulation des guaguas) Bernado l homme de main de la plage est très sympathique, réserve votre place et vous préserve des vendeurs d excursions! Si vous parlez espagnol il vous sera facile de communiquer avec Bernardo ou encore la femme de ménage. Le cas échéant, demandez le en anglais à votre hôte! Bon sejour que je vous recommande
