* Once you arrive to the apartment, Gricel will give you the keys and will show you the apartment.
Other things to note
* The electricity is included up to US$4 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

* Apartamentos Florisel is only 7 minutes away by car from the Palma Real Mall and the Cocotal Golf Course.
Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.
* We remind you that you have all the services within a 10 minute walk of the apartment.

BOOK THIS! I would not stay anywhere else in DR. They have cold perfectly working A/C , big bedrooms, hot & cold water, and literall (Website hidden by Airbnb) from the beautiful beach! I didnt even need shoes my whole stay! Neomar and Nuria were always so quick to respond to any and every question I had! I went with two other females and we never even had to leave the gated community until we needed groceries or if we were doing an excursion. A local in DR or anyone foreign to the apartments have to get through two security checkpoints with two-three guards each (that is if they need to get to the gated community for some legitimate reason, they do not let everyone pass through of course) AND NOT TO MENTION, there is a security guard patrolling the Florisel apartments at night everyday! The gate to the Florisel apartments is locked 24/7 therefore I felt extremely safe sleeping at night and leaving my stuff in the day. We would leave our beach towels, travel pillows, sunscreen and go eat at Soles (beach bar, highly recommend) and nobody would touch our stuff. We wanted safe, reliable, private transportation for CocoBongo and airport and Nuria arranged that for us! Next time I am coming to DR, I am definitely booking here again.

This place was amazing and economical! We were able to walk to most places. We had the best Dominican food just a few steps from the apartment. There’s a guy named Ziggy that scheduled our excursions (recommend him) Go see Graciela in the shopping slot next to Soles (great Italian food) and she will give you some great deals on your souvenirs. We spent 4 days there and now we are at Hard Rock Resort. We wanted to break up our stay to experience the differences. This is only our first day, I will update later. The beach was nice but it had a lot of algae, but on the excursion we got to enjoy gorgeous beaches! My favorite being isla zaona! But all in all I would stay here again and hopefully next time our husbands will come with us and we can venture on further.

Si vous cherchez un lieu très éloigné par le concept des grands complexes ne cherchez pas plus loin, arrêtez-vous chez Hana. Super équipé, hyper clean, en bord de plage avec une vue imprenable, l'endroit est idéal et familial. Les transats vous attendent sur la plage. Un bar à cocktail restaurant calme se trouve juste à côté. Si tout est à portée de main, je recommande quand même la location d'une voiture car à moins de 20km de là se trouve une plage féerique de Macao. Les gros supermarchés ne sont eux pas accessibles à pieds. Pas de souci par contre pour les restaurants, supermarchés de taille moyenne et... Pour les excursions préférez une organisation bien ficelée par Gricel et Hana que le coté aléatoire des vendeurs de plage. En ce qui concerne l'accueil vous serez choyés comme rarement. La réactivité de vos hôtes sera sans faille. En conclusion : à recommander sans modération.

Very clean apartment, Gricel and the host were quick to respond and accommodating with my requests and was able to provide me with a taxi with last minute notice. Very, very close to the beach and local amenities.

The place was great! Clean, Hana is a great host. The rooms were a little warm but that’s what anyone would expect staying in a tropical location. The wifi was not working almost at all for the first day or so but that is because we were told the wrong router to connect to during checkin. We reconnected to the correctional router and everything was working fine then. Overall great experience, beach was in our backyard just like the pictures!

Hana's place is the perfect get away location! The apartment was clean & adorable. The beach is just steps away out the front door. Grisel was super fast to respond to anything we needed. There are many restaurants & bars within short walking distance. The area is safe, no issues. There is an info center to help you plan any excursions you would like to take. It really couldn't have been a better trip. I can't recommend it enough.

My second time back to Florisel. You cannot ask for closer to the beach. Easy access to stores and bars. Quick check in as well. The unit was very clean and modern. Your living room in this unit is outdoors which was lovely. Gricel is always available if you need anything. Bernard takes good care of you on the beach and on the grounds. Anything you need you just have to ask. It's a safe environment as there is always a security guard lurking in the bushes at night. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back.

This place is perfect if you want to wake up and head to the beach! There are lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as a market to pick up anything you might need. The front patio is a nice place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Everybody is extremely friendly and helpful if you need anything at all!
