* The electricity is included up to US$4 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.

This was a great getaway for our family of 5. Cozy, cute area steps from the beach. There are plenty of beach towels and abundant activities around the area. Gricel is on site 9-5 every day to help with any excursions or recommendations. We had a lovely time.

As many other reviewers have noted previously, this unit is in an excellent location. Many a times, unit owners use terms such as "ocean view" rather liberally, but in the case of this unit, the ocean is right there for you to "view" from the patio/verendah, from the first bedroom and from the lobby/dining area. This unit is part of a smallish gated development of 5 buildings, this one being the 5th; hence this one is called E (101 because it is on the ground floor, providing easy access to the beach). All the descriptions and details in the airbnb write-up by the owner/manager are accurate: everything (restaurants, bars, grocery stores, cafes, even bakery) is within an easy walking distance. And the beach is right there - We didn't even put our beach slippers on to walk to the beach. Gricel is an amazing hostess/manager. We had a few queries / things that needed attending to. She responded in minutes and took care of everything. Bernardo (sp?) is an amazing caretaker of the grounds as well as the "beach manager" -This development has its own share of the beach (not cordoned off, but only the Florisel / Villa Chiara beach chairs are in this area). At the risk of repeating what many others have said before, one cannot find a better location and property for the price. Look no further. Book. Enjoy.

We had a great and relaxing time! The apartment is casual and comfortable, with great proximity to the beautiful beach (1 min!). We really enjoyed being in an apartment with flexibility, rather than in a resort environment. We were able cook breakfasts and lunches ourselves and then walk to dinner. The staff was very kind and helpful, with suggestions on things to do, and making arrangements for transportation. Everything was easy. If you like low key and simple experiences, this is a great place! We were sad to leave and hope to return.

Lovely property in a wonderful location on a beautiful beach. Walking distance to many restaurants and grocery/convenience stores. You definitely do not need a car. Excursions will pick you up very close to the apartment. The property manager, Gricel, was incredibly responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!!

Over the stay was great, you can’t beat the location. However, our shower water did not get hot, we were told they checked the heater and that when they came by and checked it was fine but it still did not work, despite the tips To let the water run a few minutes. Also, it was a bit inconvenient to have to be home for housekeeping to enter and clean. We had multiple activities during the day that required us to be away from the apartment so we were only able to catch the house keeper once.
