* The electricity is included up to US$4 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.

The 4 of us (2 parents and 2 children) visited Punta Cana Dec (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) We travel a lot and has been to at least 40 different countries and most islands in the Caribbean. Location: Hana's apt is literally steps away from the beach, and we can see the ocean from the terrace's windows. The location is central and there are plenty of good restaurants around. We went to Nam Nam, Balicana and Pranama, all within walking distance - 10 min walking or less. There is also BAM market nearby for your grocery needs, and even more restaurants and at least one bakery by the market. The beach itself is long, wide and very quiet in front of the apt. There are palapas and chairs. There are sunny areas and shady areas. The sand is white and soft. Since it is Atlantic ocean, there are waves, but it isn't.. bad and it is a swimming beach. There will be people coming and offering you all kinds of activities to do, such as parasailing, glass bottom boats, etc. They are polite and will leave you alone if you are not interested. I am a light sleeper and was worried that the traffic in front of the apt may cause me sleeping problems. But the apt is surprisingly quiet. Even when there is a party in the resort next door, once I am inside and the windows are closed, I barely hear anything. We love just sitting on the terrace, enjoying the breeze and read. The internet was very good and fast as well. Now, the best thing about the apt, is Nuria. She is Hana's assistant, she is truly awesome. She speaks good english, every time we have a problem or just a question, we (Hidden by Airbnb) her, and she showed up or replied right away. She took care of so many things for us, Nuria is magical! I truly am so glad that we found Hana's place and will not hesitate to recommend her place to anyone.

Creo que el apartamento es muy bueno. Esta ubicado al costado de la playa, es amplio y cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar las vacaciones. Nuestro anfitrion mantuvo una comunicación constante con nosotros y nos dio recomendaciones de todo tipo. Estoy muy agradecido por ello.
