Welcome to the Cocotal Golf and Country Club! Enjoy your luxury holiday at this charming villa for up to 12 people. It definitely has everything you need – large swimming pool, jacuzzi, 2 furnished terraces, a BBQ, and 2 maids and a personal chef!
The guests of the villa have access to the facilities of the Cocotal Golf & Country Club, as well as an excellent location close to the city, nightlife, restaurants and one of the best beaches in the Caribbean – Bavaro!
The villa is especially beautiful in the evening with the lighting.
The space
Welcome to a stunning modern 6 bedroom villa in Punta Cana built on 2 levels. The villa has a spacious outdoor area with a furnished (covered) terrace, a swimming pool (25 meters long), a jacuzzi for 12 people, a shower, an outdoor barbecue area, and a large terrace with sun loungers – perfect for those sunny days when you just want to relax by the pool and soak up the sun.

As you walk through the main entrance, you will be greeted by a stunning view of the pool, which blends perfectly with the villa’s architecture.
The spacious living room, with an impressive double-story ceiling, features a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a bar (drinks not included). The living and dining areas have access to the pool and backyard.

From the living room, step out onto the terrace, where a second living room awaits with sofas, another TV, and a pool table, promising endless entertaining possibilities.
On the right side of the villa you will find the kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a spacious pool deck with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals during your stay, and the villa has a chef who will expertly prepare all your meals, adding culinary delight to your holiday (food and drinks not included).
The light-colored dining room is perfect for any meal.
Enjoy your meal in the elegant indoor dining room with white dining chairs and a private dining table, or relax by the pool for dinner. The day is best spent lounging in the sun, cooling off with a refreshing swim in the pool, and enjoying snacks at the pool lounge.

The villa has 6 spacious bedrooms (2 master corner suites). There is 1 bedroom downstairs and 5 bedrooms upstairs.
NOTE: All bedrooms have 1 king size bed that can be separated into 2 single beds.
- Bedroom 1 (upstairs, corner suite) is a master bedroom with 1 king size bed, AC, TV, desk and chair, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to balcony with pool and golf course views.
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with 1 king size bed, AC, TV, desk and chair, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub and access to balcony with pool and golf course views.
- Bedroom 3 (upstairs, corner suite) is the 2nd master bedroom with 1 king bed, AC, TV, desk and chair, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with double shower and access to a balcony with pool and golf course views.
- Bedroom 4 (upstairs) with 1 king bed, AC, TV, desk and chair, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a balcony with pool and golf course views.
- Bedroom 5 (upstairs) with 1 king bed, AC, TV, desk and chair, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Villa staff
While staying at the villa, you’ll have a personal chef and a maid. Your chef will prepare all meals to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The maid will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens. The villa staff lives on the property in their own staff rooms next to the kitchen.
You’ll also have a villa manager. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g., transfers, excursions, restaurant reservations, spa, golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc., if you have not booked these before your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on the property to greet you when you arrive at the villa and will be available throughout your entire stay.

Neighborhood
Punta Cana is the “tourist capital” of the Dominican Republic. Located on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic, this destination is best known for its world-class beaches and golf courses. The area also has many interesting excursions and activities.
The villa is located in the Cocotal Golf Country Club, a resort and residential area with gated entrance and 24 hour security. The area is quiet and safe. This is a great place for families with children, relatives or friends.

This property is simply amazing. My trip consisted of 7 women for a girls trip. We felt safe and secure throughout our whole stay. The staff was beyond amazingly helpful and polite. Book this Villa if you are looking for a fantastic service! I want to start by thanking the villa staff. Thank you, Brain (Our Driver). He was exceptional. Although there was a language barrier, he was prepared with a translation app, always on time, and gave us great recommendations of things to try. He made sure he was available to take us anywhere we needed to go and even went above and beyond with agreeing to make multiple trips sometimes because some people in our group were always running late. Thank you, Elias (Villa Manager). He did not miss a beat. He ensured we had everything we needed, went above and beyond to ensure we had food on time, made it to our excursions on time, and help a lot with breaking that language barrier with the rest of the staff because he spoke both English and Spanish very well. Anything we needed, all we had to do was ask, and he will get it done. Thank you, Thomas (Chef). Our food was always ready in time, delicious and the chef was open to accommodating our group because some of us had some strict diet restrictions. We had a lot of food and never felt like there was a moment where we were hungry because we always had leftovers. This was great because after a night out of partying and drinking, and we could access the kitchen to eat our leftover food. Thank you, Celestine ( housekeeping). When we returned from every excursion, she made sure our rooms were cleaned, beds made, and we got fresh towels. She did our laundry after we did an ATV excursion that got all of our clothes dirty. The Villa: the Villa is exactly what it looks like in the picture. The rooms and bathrooms are big, spacious, and clean. The compound/resort where the Villa is located is super secure and super clean. Not once did we feel uncomfortable or unsafe. Some of the rooms have twin size beds, and you can put the bed together to make it a queen for couples, but in the vent that you do this, be mindful that the beds do have hooks or restraints to keep it in place and slowly move apart when you are sleeping. My ONLY change or suggestion will be that they should find a way to make the beds if pushed together to hold in place. Meal Plan: we booked our meal plan with the Villa, and I suggest if you are a big group, you do the same because the Villa is not super close to any restaurant, everything is a good 20 min drive, and it's a very secure and gated community so even ordering in will be a hassle it seemed. Overall, I would say, do not hesitate to book this Villa. I went for a friend's birthday on this trip, but I will be booking again for my family's vacation soon.

Our stay at the Villa Palma was nothing short of amazing! The place is so beautiful and the staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Elias made sure we were comfortable and got everything we needed and Tomas made delicious food that we couldn’t get enough of! I would highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip for a bigger group.
