The space
Welcome to a stunning modern 6 bedroom villa in Punta Cana built on 2 levels. The villa has a spacious outdoor area with a furnished (covered) terrace, a swimming pool (25 meters long), a jacuzzi for 12 people, a shower, an outdoor barbecue area, and a large terrace with sun loungers – perfect for those sunny days when you just want to relax by the pool and soak up the sun.
The interior is contemporary in style with simple and minimal décor with white and neutral furnishings combined with a few touches of Caribbean style, color, and charm. This villa is a place where you will feel very relaxed and comfortable.
The pool has 2 spacious terraces – one of them has a beautiful dining table for 12 people. On the other terrace, you can watch TV or play billiards.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and also has ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

- Access to Cocotal Golf & Country Club common pool area located just behind the villa with lounge chairs, Bali beds, kids’ pool & playground, restaurant ($) & bar ($). The facilities may be closed on certain days and unavailable due to private events.

Villa staff
While staying at the Villa, you’ll have a personal chef and a maid. Your chef will prepare all meals to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The maid will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens. The villa staff lives on the property in their own staff rooms next to the kitchen.
You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive at the villa and available throughout your entire stay.
You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. Pre-arrival concierge services
Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:
- Private airport transfers from Punta Cana Airports, Santo Domingo or La Romana
- Spa treatments or in-villa massages
- Chef service (a personal chef)
- Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation

When you stay at the Villa, you’ll have access to the facilities at Cocotal Golf & Country Club, including a 27-hole golf course ($), clubhouse with restaurant ($), bar ($), pool area, playground and paddle tennis ($). You’ll also have preferred access to Jellyfish Beach Club ($) located on Bavaro Beach.

Neighborhood
Punta Cana is the “tourist capital” of the Dominican Republic. Located on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic, this destination is best known for its world-class beaches and golf courses. The area also has many interesting excursions and activities.
The villa is located in the Cocotal Golf Country Club, a resort and residential area with gated entrance and 24 hour security. The area is quiet and safe. This is a great place for families with children, relatives or friends.
This charming corner of the world offers excellent local restaurants and bars, small supermarkets, mini markets and boutiques, all within walking distance of the villa.
Just 22.5 km from Punta Cana International Airport (25-30 minutes by car) at the Cocotal Golf & Country Club in the heart of Bavaro, Punta Cana.
Getting around
There is a golf club not far from the villa, where you will find a communal pool with a children’s pool, playground, exotic Balinese beds, a bar and restaurant, and paddle tennis courts ($).
You can easily walk from the main entrance of the Cocotal Golf & Country Club to the nearby Palma Real Shopping Village, where you will find many exclusive shops, restaurants and bars, banks, pharmacies, etc.
The beautiful Playa Bavaro beach is close to the villa and when you stay at the villa you will have privileged access to the Jellyfish Beach Club and Restaurant located on Bavaro Beach. You will also be close to Los Corales, a vibrant area with many small restaurants, bars, shops, and access to Los Corales Beach.

We had a amazing stay , everything you need they provide for you transportation, cleaning lady , chef and plus more . The house looks even better in person. David was an amazing host he went above and beyond for us the entire trip. Chefs food was amazing as well and the house was always clean after a night of partying. Over all the best vacation my group and I have had by far. We look forward to coming back again in the future. Thanks again to the staff for an amazing vacation!

Fantastic place! Amazing service! Once you're in the place you feel right at home and don't have to worry about a thing since the staff accommodates so well. Would recommend the optional food plan as the chef was amazing. David was able to provide us with great local recommendations as well. Optional driver as well would be a must for a larger group, he was very timely and a great guide for the area.

Its listed as king beds with a single in each room however they were just king beds that split into two. Besides that the stay was amazing!! Everything was clean & worked properly, the pool & jacuzzi were fun & the chef did not miss!! Every meal was amazing authentic Dominican food (as we set our own menu) i would recommend this place for big groups. David the property manager was also very helpful! Thank you for the hospitality!

If you’re thinking about it, Book This! Our Stay was exceptional. My friends and I came for my 30th and we really enjoyed ourselves. The house was exactly as described, BEAUTIFUL! David the house manager was so helpful, always available, and treated us like family. Food was good. And E the butler was the sweetest. If you’re thinking about it, BOOK! You’ll love it. We have no cons. The house was maybe 15-20 mins from every where we needed to go. David made sure we had transfers for our large group. Everyone makes you feel like home at Anders place. We loved it. The next time we visit Punta Cana, we will stay again for sure!

A group of 9 of us went to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary Vow Renewal and we had an amazing time. Karen and David helped me to plan everything and when we arrived we were greeted by David, Jimmy, Elias and Michi!! They really made us feel like it was our “2nd home”. David and Elias made sure we had everything we needed always checking in. Jimmy the chef cooked the best meals omg, we are back home and missing the meals every day. Michi was the sweetest she cleaned our rooms daily and I mean including mopping the floors, and provided fresh towels daily. The property is beautiful and modern, we celebrated our vow renewal ceremony in the yard and had a wonderful dinner prepared by Jimmy. Our overall experience exceeded our expectations as this was our first time not doing an all inclusive resort. We miss Elias, Jimmy, Michi and David!! You guys were the best!!

We had a fantastic stay at Anders’ villa. Our group of 12 was traveling for a bachelor party — Anders’ team ensured to help us prepare each step of the way. Their team handled golf reservations, private transportation, meals + beverages, etc. It was a true lifesaver to have them as guides and partners on this trip. The group was over the moon about the house itself — it’s an awesome setup for a group of adults. David (villa manager) guided us towards some awesome restaurants and was extremely responsive whenever we had questions. Our chef, Jimmy, did a fantastic job with every meal. We LOVED breakfast each morning. Elias, our butler, ensured that we had everything we wanted when we wanted it. The cleaning staff had the house virtually reset every morning, and it was INCREDIBLE to not have to constantly be cleaning up. Don’t hesitate to travel with Anders and his team! :)

Perfect location and house for family reunion. We used five of the six rooms, and each room's ensuite bathroom was wonderful for privacy. The entire staff -- chef, butler, maid, and house manager were always on the spot with satisfying all our requests and arranging for seamless excursions. We definitely want to come back!
