Welcome to the Cocotal Golf and Country Club! Enjoy your luxury holiday at this charming villa for up to 12 people. It definitely has everything you need – large swimming pool, jacuzzi, 2 furnished terraces, a BBQ, and 2 maids and a personal chef!
The guests of the villa have access to the facilities of the Cocotal Golf & Country Club, as well as an excellent location close to the city, nightlife, restaurants and one of the best beaches in the Caribbean – Bavaro!
The villa is especially beautiful in the evening with the lighting.
The space
Welcome to a stunning modern 6 bedroom villa in Punta Cana built on 2 levels. The villa has a spacious outdoor area with a furnished (covered) terrace, a swimming pool (25 meters long), a jacuzzi for 12 people, a shower, an outdoor barbecue area, and a large terrace with sun loungers – perfect for those sunny days when you just want to relax by the pool and soak up the sun.

As you walk through the main entrance, you will be greeted by a stunning view of the pool, which blends perfectly with the villa’s architecture.
The spacious living room, with an impressive double-story ceiling, features a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a bar (drinks not included). The living and dining areas have access to the pool and backyard.

From the living room, step out onto the terrace, where a second living room awaits with sofas, another TV, and a pool table, promising endless entertaining possibilities.
On the right side of the villa you will find the kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a spacious pool deck with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals during your stay, and the villa has a chef who will expertly prepare all your meals, adding culinary delight to your holiday (food and drinks not included).
The light-colored dining room is perfect for any meal.
Enjoy your meal in the elegant indoor dining room with white dining chairs and a private dining table, or relax by the pool for dinner. The day is best spent lounging in the sun, cooling off with a refreshing swim in the pool, and enjoying snacks at the pool lounge.

The villa has 6 spacious bedrooms (2 master corner suites). There is 1 bedroom downstairs and 5 bedrooms upstairs.
NOTE: All bedrooms have 1 king size bed that can be separated into 2 single beds.
- Bedroom 1 (upstairs, corner suite) is a master bedroom with 1 king size bed, AC, TV, desk and chair, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to balcony with pool and golf course views.
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with 1 king size bed, AC, TV, desk and chair, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub and access to balcony with pool and golf course views.
- Bedroom 3 (upstairs, corner suite) is the 2nd master bedroom with 1 king bed, AC, TV, desk and chair, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with double shower and access to a balcony with pool and golf course views.
- Bedroom 4 (upstairs) with 1 king bed, AC, TV, desk and chair, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a balcony with pool and golf course views.
- Bedroom 5 (upstairs) with 1 king bed, AC, TV, desk and chair, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- Bedroom 6 (downstairs) with 1 king bed, AC, TV, desk and chair, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and private terrace with pool access.

Villa staff
While staying at the villa, you’ll have a personal chef and a maid. Your chef will prepare all meals to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The maid will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens. The villa staff lives on the property in their own staff rooms next to the kitchen.
You’ll also have a villa manager. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g., transfers, excursions, restaurant reservations, spa, golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc., if you have not booked these before your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on the property to greet you when you arrive at the villa and will be available throughout your entire stay.

We will be happy to help you book transportation from and to the airport, as well as excursions, shopping, and other services. Cleaning and/or chef services can be provided for extra charge.

Neighborhood
Punta Cana is the “tourist capital” of the Dominican Republic. Located on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic, this destination is best known for its world-class beaches and golf courses. The area also has many interesting excursions and activities.
The villa is located in the Cocotal Golf Country Club, a resort and residential area with gated entrance and 24 hour security. The area is quiet and safe. This is a great place for families with children, relatives or friends.

When you need a break from the golf course, the beautiful Bávaro Beach is only a 5-minute drive. You can relax on the white sand, try water sports like diving and snorkeling, or enjoy a meal at the popular Jellyfish restaurant.

Anders is a great host he made my accommodations possible in spite of some confusion with my original booking. He worked with me to make sure I get what I expected. The house is everything and more! It was clean and felt comfortable and in my opinion was located near the best areas of Bavaro. Elias the butler attended to all of our needs and also offered some suggestions for food and activities. The chef and maid exceeded my expectations and took pride in their duties. I would definitely recommend this house to any future visitors coming to Punta Cana

This villa is incredible! The house itself is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The manager, housekeepers, chef, and driver were all amazing. They made sure our group of 10 had the best time! I would absolutely recommend booking the meal plan and transportation. Our driver gave great recommendations for the beach and entertainment and always stayed close by so we never had to wait for our ride. Our meals were delicious and prepared exactly how we asked, even prepared carefully for allergies. The home was always clean and our housekeeper even helped us decorate for the party. 10/10 book this!

Beautiful home, looks exactly like the pictures!! Even better in person. The process was super easy and simple. The air bnb host were amazing especially E!! He makes sure you are ok you’re whole stay. They do birthday events, whatever you want you can get. The food was SO SO good!! We always had great meals, perfect transportation and whatever we wanted we GOT. Beds are so comfy and we loved the location, would definitely recommend 10/10.

Im not sure where to begin… Starting with the driver my party of 9 arrived to find him already there with a sign that had my name on it… arrived to the property and immediately welcomed by Elias the house manager. The pictures do no justice. Seeing this house in person is EVERYTHING. Elias waited on us hand and foot. Anything we wanted he said ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. It was my birthday and I was just blown away. The decorations they did based on what was told to my birthday cake from a bakery there everything was AMAZING. The chef and our housekeeper along with Elias participated in singing happy birthday. I’m truly happy and will DEFINITELY be back. My entire birthday crew all had a WONDERFUL time. Experience we all can’t or won’t forget. Thank you

This home is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The staff is so sweet. Yet so quiet lol you really don’t have to worry about not enjoying the home because they are very helpful with every little concern you may have. Piero will have to set and ready for where you may need to go. He’s the house manager. There were 9 of us women on a Birthdayyy Celebration and how well the maid Celeste help kept the home tidy you never would’ve known lol. We all had such a great time here and the CHEF IS WORTH IT! Do not second guess this home , you’re gonna Love it!
